    PWs Sh. Pratiyush Thapiyal, Officer, Federal Bank Limited (Karol Bagh
    Branch), Sh. Subhakriti Chauhan, Officer, Indian Bank (DB Gupta
    Road, Paharganj Branch) and Sh. Ajay Verma, Officer, Canara Bank
    (Paharganj Branch) in person.
    None for Bank Manager, Vijaya Bank (Ram Nagar Branch) despite
    service of summons, through DCP concerned.

    PW Sh. Pratiyush Thapiyal, Officer, Federal Bank Limited (Karol Bagh


    Branch) is examined­in­chief and partly cross­examined and his further cross­
    examination is deferred for want of certificate U/s 65B of IEA. He is bound down for
    NDOH with direction to bring the requisite certificate U/s 65B of IEA on the NDOH.
    PW Sh. Subhakriti Chauhan, Officer, Indian Bank (DB Gupta Road,
    Paharganj Branch) and PW Sh. Ajay Verma, Officer, Canara Bank are discharged
    unexamined for today only for want of requisite records. They are bound down for
    NDOH with direction to bring the requisite records on the NDOH.
    Summons issued against Bank Manager, Vijaya Bank (Ram Nagar
    Branch) through DCP concerned, again received back with the report of service,
    however, none has appeared on his behalf. None had appeared on his behalf despite
    service through DCP concerned on LDOH also. Several opportunities have been
    granted to the prosecution to produce PW Bank Manager, Vijaya Bank (Ram Nagar
    Branch) before this Court. Despite issuance of summons even through DCP
    concerned against PW Bank Manager, Vijaya Bank (Ram Nagar Branch), the
    prosecution has failed to produce him before this Court for the purpose of recording
    of his testimony. Accordingly, PW Bank Manager, Vijaya Bank (Ram Nagar Branch)
    stands dropped from the list of PWs
    Witnesses listed at serial no. 4, 5 & 6 in the list of PWs be summoned for
    recording of their testimonies on NDOH. Case property be also summoned for the
    next date.
