servant leader of President Ramon Magsaysay State University – Castillejos Campus, where she graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management and was awarded with Academic Distinction. She lives by her mantra “per aspera ad astra” (through hardships to the stars). Since high school, she had bagged several awards for her dedication in servant leadership and talent in singing and songwriting. Her passion for music continued in college, where she was named Champion in the Vocal Duet Category of the University-wide Culture and the Arts Festival at President Ramon Magsaysay State University and represented the same university in the 2nd Regional Culture and the Arts of State Universities and Colleges Festival 2019 and claimed the third place, making her a recipient of PRMSU Culture and the Arts Excellence Award. Vianica Kaye E. Israel wrote a song about the global pandemic for PRMSU's E-Campaign on Covid- 19 called "The Quarantine Song," which received praise from her colleagues in the academe. Young Leaders’ Convention in September 2019 where she performed on the cultural night alongside Ms. Aia De Leon, former Imago band vocalist. Continuing her love for leadership and the arts, she now serves as the Vice President for Public Relations and Communications of SIKAP (Sining, Kultura at Pagtulong), an NGO based in Zambales with the mission of utilizing arts (Sining) in featuring Philippine culture (Kultura) to help marginalized and remote communities in the country (Pagtulong). She is also the Chairperson of ZAMBAGANI – Ang Makabagong Kabataang Bayani ng Zambales, a coalition network under the YouthLED (Youth Leadership for Democracy, sponsored by USAID and The Asia Foundation. A proactive youth volunteer and young leader, she was also conferred as one of the twenty finalists of the Mga Huwarang Mag-aaral ng Gitnang Luzon 2022, by The Outstanding Students of the Philippines – Region 3 Alumni Community of Heroes (TOSP-R3ACH) at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges Inc., Bocaue, Bulacan last October 2022. At present, she works as an Administrative Assistant in a local construction business in her hometown, while enthusiastically participating in community programs and serving the marginalized sectors in her province through volunteer-driven initiatives.
