DEATH PENALTY - BIASED FOR

Introduction:
I am Justine Rein Gadista, and I am here to say biased perspective and facts on our side of
death penalty.

Death penalty serves as a deterrent, preventing potential criminals from committing evil and
wicked acts due to the fear of facing the ultimate consequence or the death penalty. it provides
a sense of justice for victims' families and society by ensuring that those convicted of the most
severe crimes face proportional punishment.

As an individual, violating the law with horrible sins such as killing and rape are prohibited,
imprisoning may be not enough to justify their sins, so far i can say that death penalty can end
it all.

I am not saying that killing is good of course it is bad and is against the law of God and also
violating the human rights. For the sake of the severe crime’s criminals had done it may not be
justified with just the imprisonment, because those who are guilty of killing must face death for
justice and to prevent future murderers.

There are many crimes happening in our country today. With the strictness of the
government's campaign against illegal drugs, criminals are still using and selling them. The
thieves empties the house and I don't understand why the victims have to be killed. And worst
of all, the law enforcers put a loophole in the law. With this happening in the environment, I see
only one solution, bring back the death penalty.

Right opportunity because people who commit crimes have nothing to fear. If those people are
directly hanged, it will be over.

Crimes that are punishable by death are known as capital crimes and capital offences, but
commonly include serious crimes against a person, such as assassination, mass murder, child
murder, aggravated rape, terrorism, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, along
with crimes against the state such as attempting to overthrow government, treason, espionage,
sedition, and piracy.

Again, those are the crimes that are punishable by death which is just enough at some point.
There are certainly many who will oppose the side of death penalty. First there is the Catholic
Church, but they can't do anything, right? can they relieve the pain felt by the victims? Can they
restore what criminals had done to the victim’s life? When the culprits are caught, the
government will spend more on food, electricity and water. The prisons are overcrowded now,
they are overcrowded, they are getting infected with different kinds of diseases, so for me those
who have heavy sentences, just hang them.
