1. Where do I see myself in one year?

I am quite determined to reach my goals, I’m keened to be part of a successful team, committed to
being a valuable team player within the organization, and to offer my support to any freshly joined
trainees whilst taking on more responsibilities that would allow me to develop the skills necessary
for a long-term career within the company.

2. Where do I see myself in three years?

In three years time, I see myself in a more senior position where I would hold responsibilities such
as: doing Quality Assurance and Quality Check on and off-site. Whether my Land and Utility Surveyor
experience/skills will be required or else, my geophysical skills could very well be employed where
needed, I am fully prepared to adapt to the company’s needs and face the challenges ahead.

3. Where do I see myself in five years?

In five years not only that I do plan to become a more valuable asset in the company, but eventually,
getting to the point of managing multiple projects, developing the business, as well as and training
other colleagues and/or newcomers, while professionally leading/mentoring and coaching team
members while promoting best practices on Health, Safety, and Environment.
