Sub: -Godal provisions for Blacklisting of Gontractor.

Government after careful consideration have been pleased to make another ground
"Keeping Business Relationship with a fraud Company in any manner that affects the
contract executed with Government or Government Agency" for Blacklisting of Contractor.
The provision shall be inserted as Sub-Rule-(g) below Sub-Rule-(f) under Rule-A of
Appendix-XXXIV of OPWD Code, Volume-ll and all other provisions / conditions laid down in
the said Appendix shall be unaltered.

1. This shall take effect from the date of issue of this Office lVlemorandum and shall be
available in Works Depaftment web-site www.worksodisha.gov.in.
2. This shall be in continuation to Works Department Resolution No.3365A// d1.01.03
.2007 and all other provisions / conditions laid down in the existing Resolution
remains unaltered.
3. This has been concurred in by the Finance Department / Law Department vide their
U.O.R. No.541 / PSF d1.21.03.2018&U.O.R. No.610/ L dt.17.03.2116respectively.
