1. We, the undersigned, confirm our agreement to exclusively associate with Lochan &
Co, to submit an EOI and / or bid and / or work for the above-captioned project.
2. We authorize Lochan & Co to include our profile and resumes of our experts/
consultants in the above referenced Project application and / or forward experts CV
to the client for the proposed position and represent me on all contractual aspects of
this proposal.
3. We confirm our interest and availability to work on this project, should Lochan & Co
be successful in the bid.
4. We confirm that our Consultants/Experts are not a presently government employee.
5. We confirm that to the best of our belief and knowledge, we have not been blacklisted
by any government / semi government body or donor agency.
