    Dear Sir / Ma’am,

    In connection with my application for Pag-ibig Fund Housing Loan of the property located at Eastwood
    Residences Phase 1-B Block 13 Lot 5 San Isidro Rodriguez Rizal. I was informed by Verdant Point
    Development Corporation, owner and developer of the property that the representative of Home
    Development Mutual Fund visited several time our office located Phase 9 Block 9 Lot 32 Eastwood
    Residences San Isidro Rodriguez Rizal, but unfortunately their time of visit did not coincide my office
    timing since we are usually outside of office doing field work for our various clients as our nature of
    business is related to Accounting and Audit services.

    May I request if any schedule and time for another visit, I prefer Monday and Tuesday January 22 & 23
    from 10am to 3pm. Kindly call us prior to visit and let it be known to me so I can set my schedule for that
    purpose.
