Inattention:**

1. Difficulty sustaining attention in tasks or play


activities.
2. Frequent careless mistakes
in schoolwork or other activities due to lack of
attention.
3. Forgetfulness in daily activities
4. Difficulty organizing tasks and activities.
6. Easily distracted by unrelated stimuli, leading
to an inability to finish tasks.
Hyperactivity-Impulsivity:**
1. Excessive fidgeting, tapping, or restlessness,
especially in situations where it's not appropriate.

2. Inability to remain seated, often getting up in


inappropriate situations.
3. Difficulty engaging in activities quietly.

4. Impulsive decision-making without considering


potential consequences.

5. Interrupting others during conversations or games.

6. Difficulty waiting for one's turn, often blurting out


responses or disrupting others.
Nursing management:

-Providing support and education to the family and patient.


-Implement behavioral modification technique
-administer medication as prescribed
