HELPFUL THINGS TO KNOW

We want to ensure that everyone has a terrific time on their Fun Ship vacation, and we understand that you may have some questions. We hope you find the following answers helpful. Can my children stay in the same stateroom by themselves? Adult guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of their minor guests.Thats why guests under 21years of age must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent, grandparent or guardian at least 25 years old. What kind of legal documents do I need to take for my children? All children require a passport. When traveling with a minor and both parents/legal guardians are not cruising, we recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you.This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security. How old does my baby have to be to travel on a Carnival cruise? Infants must be at least six months old (12 months old for Transatlantic, Hawaii and South America cruises) to be eligible to travel. Im pregnant. Can I still go on a Carnival cruise? You can, as long as you are not 24 weeks or more into your pregnancy at the time you embark. What should I pack? Casual and resort wear is fine for the daytime. And most nights casual wear is fine for dinner, too. But therell be one or two nights when youll want to dress up more formally like at the Captains Gala! Do you have babysitting services? Group babysitting is available evenings from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. for children 11 and under. The cost is $6 per hour, per child ($4 for each additional sibling); prices are subject to change. As there is no in-stateroom babysitting, all services take place at Camp Carnival headquarters. In port, daytime babysitting is available for infants 2 and under from the time we arrive in port until noon. The same price structure applies. Port day activities for children 2 and up are complimentary. Times will vary. Can my child enter the casino? Casino guests must be at least 18 years old.
