I, C.I MOHAMED JERUMANI, based at Kibwezi Police Station within the County
Government of Makueni in the Republic of Kenya do make an Oath and state as follows:-
1. That I am the OCS based at Kibwezi Police Station.
2. That I am of sound mind, competent and authorized to swear this affidavit.
3. That I am declaring lost and found properties which are lying at Kibwezi Police Station
as unclaimed properties.
4. That the identities of the owners of the said properties are unknown.
5. That the application is made in good faith and for purposes of furthering disposing of the
unclaimed properties for clearance.
6. That no prejudice will be suffered by disposal of the unclaimed properties.
7. That the facts deponed herein are true and within my knowledge, save matter deponed to
information and belief.
