STATUTORY DECLARATION
I MAXMILLIANA ALBERTA WAMI of ID No. 27869390 of P.O BOX No. 409, KITALE in
the Republic of Kenya do hereby make oath and declare as follows:

1. THAT are both adults and citizens hence competent to swear this affidavit.

2. THAT we both reside and work for gain in the said Republic mentioned above.

3. THAT we are married under Nandi Customary Law and live as husband and
wife.

4. THAT we have been living as husband and wife since 12 TH December, 2020 after
celebrating our marriage in accordance with Nandi Customary law.

5. THAT we are for all intents and purposes husband and wife and we are
recognized as such by all those who know us.

6. THAT we swear this affidavit in support of the foregoing facts and in declaration
of the fact that we are married and living as husband and wife.

7. THAT we make this declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true

and in accordance with the Oaths and Statutory Declarations Act

8. THAT what is deponed herein is true to the best of our knowledge and belief.
