COMMON, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS
In 100 people receiving Daunorubicin, Cytarabine Liposome, more than 20 and up to 100 may have:
 Abnormal heartbeat
 Low blood pressure which may cause feeling faint
 Cough, shortness of breath
 Infection, especially when white blood cell count is low
 Anemia which may require blood transfusion
 Bruising, bleeding
 Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, pain in belly
 Sores in the mouth which may cause difficulty swallowing
 Decreased appetite
 Swelling of the body
 Pain
 Tiredness, fever, chills
 Difficulty sleeping
 Dizziness, headache
 Rash

OCCASIONAL, SOME MAY BE SERIOUS

In 100 people receiving Daunorubicin, Cytarabine Liposome, from 4 to 20 may have:
 Allergic reaction which may cause rash, low blood pressure, wheezing, shortness of breath, swelling of
the face or throat
 High blood pressure which may cause dizziness
 Chest pain
 Heart failure which may cause shortness of breath, swelling of ankles, and tiredness
 Fluid around lungs
 Severe blood infection
 Kidney damage which may require dialysis
 Blurred vision, visual loss, discomfort from light, seeing spots before eyes
 Swelling and redness of the eyes or whites of the eye, dry eye, eye pain
 Heartburn
 Swelling and redness at the site of medication injection
 Worry, sudden severe confusion
 Sensing things that are not there
 Itching

RARE, AND SERIOUS

In 100 people receiving Daunorubicin, Cytarabine Liposome, 3 or fewer may have:
 Hearing loss
 Damage to the lungs which may cause shortness of breath
