1. What is triangle?

Triangle is a polygon
with three angles and
three sides.
2. Mention 3 triangle based on
its side!

• Equilateral triangle
• Isosceles triangle
• Scalene triangle
3. What is the characteristic
of an equilateral triangle?

• All three sides of this triangle are of

equal length.
• All three angles are equal, measuring
60 degrees each (60°).
• It's a symmetrical and balanced
triangle.
4. What is the characteristic
of an isosceles triangle?

• In this type of triangle, two sides

are equal length.
• The angles opposite these equal
sides are also equal.
• The third side is of a different
length.
5. What is the characteristic
of a scalene triangle?
• In this triangle, all three sides
have different lengths.
• Correspondingly, all three angles
have different measures.
• It's an asymmetrical triangle with
no equal sides or angles.

Triangle
Differentiating by Angles
Find the difference!
1. Acute Triangle
• An acute triangle is a triangle in
which all three angles are less than
90°.
• In this type of triangle, the three
angles are sharp or narrow.
• The sum of the interior angles in
an acute triangle is always 180°.
2. Obtuse Triangle
• An obtuse triangle is a triangle that
has one angle greater than 90°.
• The other two angles in an obtuse
triangle are acute, meaning they are
less than 90°.
• The sum of the interior angles in an
obtuse triangle is also always 180°
3. Right Triangle
• A right triangle is a special case
where one of the angle is exactly
90 °
• The sum of the interior angles in a
right triangle is also always 180°
