    The undersigned DBAE- Financial Management students of University of Mindanao Tagum College
    are conducting a research study on “Electronic Banking Service and Customer Satisfaction as
    Perceived by Agribusiness Entrepreneurs in Tagum City”.

    In this regard, we would like to ask for approval and permission to request or obtain the names and
    location of Agribusiness Entrepreneurs in Tagum City. We will use the list of names as our guide to
    determine the appropriate number of respondents for our research study.
