Observation

• Smell of green beans: Musty/moldy

Recommendation

Lot rejected because samples contain too many chalky whites.

Rejection of the whole lot is recommended due to the presence of mold and
phenolic defects that cannot be cleaned out, as it is identified as a storage
problem and not just particular beans. Additionally, the sample has an
unacceptable number of defects, especially floaters, indicating poor processing or
malpractice.
