Allegedly, upon advice and instruction of P bank that the P101,000 check was already cleared and backed up by sufficient funds, Xia, on the same date, withdrew the sum of P240,000, leaving a balance of P57,793. However, her suppliers and business partners went back to him alleging that the checks she issued bounced for insufficiency of funds.
