Lats wAgslaie'Y cdagall Glace allsAbstract This study aims to analyze the real situation of the path of the system of quality assurance and obtaining accreditation in’ Algerian higher education institutions to find out the reality of the level of progress and embodying it and the obstacles preventing it, this process which depends on performance evaluation with its sense of assessment and repair based on the national quality assurance reference in its first version 2016, after the preparation of the roadmap by the Algerian authorities with the prioritization of the self-evaluation and the postponement of the external assessment in view of the situation of the Algerian institutions which was not ready, therefore the authorities worked to remedy this situation by concretizing the self-evaluation in all its components and to prepare these institutions for the external assessment, the signs of which appear through the establishment of the "preparatory experience for external assessment” from 2018; This is based on field studies both at the University of Farhat Abbas Sétif 1 and at (the former) University Center, Abdethafid Boualsoof Mila; Since they followed the path of quality assurance system in Algeria from its first to its finality, and the results of their preparatory experience for the external assessment was encouraged based on the judgment of the external assessors, despite certain shortcomings that must be remedied to improve the level of internal quality assurance they have, in order to qualify them to request accreditation from the National Commission for Academic Accreditation, to be established soon. The study concluded several results, the most important of which relates to the answer to the study's hypotheses, those that confirm how the total internal evaluation of the performance of Algerian universities. (by applying the operational approach), allows accurate investigation of the level of internat quality assurance in them, allowing it to be improved and to increase their chances of requesting accreditation in the near future, And how interest in the university marketing as a supportive function supports the quality assurance process and promote the quality culture of the university community... Key words: The higher education performance, the total évaluation, the internal- quality assurance, the system of quality assurance, the accreditation.Résumé : Cente étude vise a analyser la situation réelle du chemin du systéme d'assurance qualité et d'obtention d'accréditation dans les _établissements, denseignement supérieur algériens pour connaitre ta réalité du niveau de progrés et de son incarnation et les obstacles qui l'empéchent, ce procédé qui dépend d’évaluation de la performance avec son sens d'évaluation et de réparation basé sur le Réerentiel National d’Assurance Qualité dans sa premiere version 2016, aprés Vélaboration de la feuille de route par les autorités algériennes avec la priorisation de lauto-évaluation et le report de l'évaluation externe au vu de la situation des institutions algériennes qui n’étaient pas préts, donc les autorités ont tavaillé pour remédier a cette situation en concrétisant Vauto-évaluation dans toutes ses composantes et @ préparer ces institutions pour Vévaluation externe, dont les signes semblent a travers de Vinstaurer du «lexpérience préparatoire d Vévaluation externe» a partir de 2018; ceci est basé sur des études de terrain a la fois d l'Université de Farhat Abbas Sétif 1 et a (ancien) Centre universitaire, Abdelhafid Boualsoof Mila; puisqu'ils ont suivi le chemin du systéme d'assurance qualité en Algérie de son premier 4 sa finalité, et que les résultats de leur expérience préparaoire a Vévaluation externe étaient encourageons a base du jugement des évaluateurs externes, malgré certaines lacunes qui doivent étre corrigées pour améliorer le niveau d'assurance qualité interne dont ils disposent afin de les qualifier pour demander Uaccréditation de 1a Commission nationale d’accréditation académique, a établir prochainement. Liétude a conclu plusieurs résultats dont le plus important est lié a ta réponse aux hypotheses de Vétude, ceux qui confirment comment 'évaluation interne totale de la performance des universités algériennes (en appliquant Vapproche opérationnelle), permet une investigation précise du niveau d'assurance qualité interne dans celles-ci,_permettant d’étre amélioré et d'augmenter leurs chances de demander laceréditation dans un proche avenir, et aussi Uintérét pour le marketing universitaire en tant que fonction dappui opéré pour le soutien de processus dassurance qualité et promeut la culture de Ja qualité de la communauté universitaire ...
