SWEET BENGAL ADUIT REPORT

Since this store of Sweet Bengal was on the backside of the shopping centre, I took some time to find
it. It is located in such a place where only the ones who know that there is a shop will be able to visit
there. The lights were not too bright but all lights of the store were lit. The interiors of the store were
clean. There were 2 staff members inside the store. When I entered no one acknowledged or smiled
and welcomed. I acted to be in a hurry and selected the sweets very fast. Bhagwan was the name of
the staff who was filling the sweets in the box after taking the order. He acted very fast as per my
hurriness and filled the box very fast. He had good knowledge about the sweets and also
recommended me to try Kheer Kodom.

Once my order was done, I went to the billing counter and asked for the total amount. Sanjay was
the one who was sitting there. He was typing in his computer and had typed half already while I was
ordering. Bhagwan dictated and confirmed the entire order with Sanjay and then Sanjay informed
me the total amount which was 284/-. All this while, I was in hurry. I then gave 2 notes of Rs. 200/- to
Sanjay and left with my order. He called out from behind twice saying “Balance balance”. I then
turned back to see what he wanted and he said that please take your balance amount and the bill.
He then gave me the bill along with accurate change and I rushed out of the store.
