    Hey,

    My name is Ravinder Singh.I am from NEW DELHI.


    I was trying to pay online the registeration fee for my GRE test on 25th june 2014 using my debit card. I
    tried 3 times in 25th june 2014 and one more time on 26th june 2014.Therefore a total of 4 times i tried
    but i was not able to register and everytime it shows TRANSACTION FAILED.
    BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT, MONEY IS ALSO DEDUCTED FOR UNSCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS 4
    TIMES.PLEASE HELP ME!!!
