JEE Mains 2024 Result Live Updates: The final

answer key has been published and results will be
declared next on jeemain.nta.ac.in.

JEE Mains 2024 Result Live Updates: The

National Testing Agency (NTA) on Monday
released the final answer key of the Joint
Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2024
session 1 today, February 12. Results of the
Engineering entrance examination will be
declared later today on jeemain.nta.ac.in.

Login credentials required to check JEE Mains

results are application number and date of
birth to download JEE Main scorecards.

Notably, NTA has dropped six questions across

shifts from the final answer key and as per the
policy, for MCQs, full marks for these questions
will be awarded to all candidates irrespective
of the fact whether the question has been
attempted or not. For numerical questions,
when a question is dropped, full marks are
given to candidates who have attempted it.

Result date: February 12, 2024

The first session of JEE Main 2024 was

conducted on January 24, 27, 29, 30, 31 and
February 1. The BArch and BPlanning (paper 2)
examination was held on the first day, while the
BE/BTech (paper 1) examination was
conducted on all the other days.

A total of 12,31,874 candidates were

registered for both papers of JEE Mains, of
whom 11,70,036 took the test.

All India ranks of JEE Main 2024 will be

announced during the final results, after the
session 2 examination. Last time, 43 candidates
got the perfect 100 percentile in the entrance
examination. Singaraju Venkat Koundinya from
Telangana got rank 1 while Kallakuri Sainadh
Srimanth from Andhra Pradesh and Ishan
Khandelwal from Rajasthan got ranks 2 and 3,
respectively.

Correct answer or the most appropriate

answer: Four marks (+4)

Any incorrect option marked will be given

minus one mark (-1).

Unanswered/Marked for Review will be

given no mark (0).

If more than one option is found to be

correct, then Four marks (+4) will be
awarded to only those who have marked
any of the correct options.

If all options are found to be correct, then

Four marks (+4) will be awarded to all
those who have attempted the question
