How we started
  blueEX Started operations with a single Courier in 2011 and prides itself on being Pakistan’s first
E-Commerce Logistics Company.

Our Core Technology


  We introduced E-Commerce to Pakistan when we launched our Online Booking System in 2011
and over the next few years established a reliable Cash on Delivery Network across the country.

  Today, blueEX has more than 3000 Online Merchants and more than PKR 0.6 Billion in annual
revenue. A total of PKR 2.3 Billion was the float processed via our network as Cash on Delivery
in 2017

Terms and Conditions


1. A separate account must be opened for COD shipments.

2. Shipments will be picked up if booked from blueEX Customer Portal, Booking App or API Service only.

3. Minimum chargeable weight is 0.5 kg.

4. 13% GST applicable on above mentioned rates.

5. In case if a customer refuses to accept the shipment due to any reason, that shipment will be returned to the merchant against a new consignment note and return charges will be
charged.

6. If shipment volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, shipment weight will be calculated as Follows (all measurements in centimeters) : (Length x height x width / 5000)

7. No shipment processed under COD Procedure is insured by blueEX unless the merchant has specifically opted for Insurance.

8. Packaging:
a. You are responsible for packing of your goods. Please make sure your product is properly packed. Ensuring the safety during their transit as per nature of the goods. Any damage to the pro duct due to
poor packaging will not be our responsibility.

10. Documents required for account opening:


a. Bank account title (to issue your Cheque).

b. Client’s name / corporate name.

c. Office address / pick up address.

d. CNIC copy.

e. Contact person.

f. Designation.

g. Contact numbers and email id.

Terms and Conditions


11. Insurance and Settlement of claim will be according to the following terms and conditions:
a. Claim will be acceptable to the maximum limit of insured value not exceeding the insured value declared by the shipper on the consignment (CN). The Insured declared value will be the basis of claim
settlement.
b. BlueEX’s responsibility for lost claim will be up to the consignees’ destination as declared on the consignment Note.
c. Shipment insurance shall be covered in the provided tariff and shall be applicable on declared value of shipment.
d. Transit Insurance Claims (the "Claims") shall only be processed for shipments that have been lost/damaged/destroyed, during Transit, due to any reason whatsoever which may include, but are not limited
to theft, snatching, robbery or misplacing/mishandling of shipment item(s) by the BlueEX representatives etc.
e. Claims shall not be acceptable in case the damage has resulted from improper packaging of the product by the customer.
f. Claims shall be processed by BlueEX once the requisite documents have been furnished by the customer. The requisite documents shall include: Purchase Slip, Clearing Documents, etc.
g. Any Claim for damage/return of shipped goods that arises after more than 15 days of delivery, shall not be covered under this Clause.
h. Claims shall be processed for any loss of money/cash/amount received from the consignees, due to any reason whatsoever, which may include, but is not limited to theft, snatching, robbery or
misplacing/mishandling of cash by the BlueEX representatives etc.
i. Claim will not be admissible if shipment is lost due to:
i. War, Strike Riots,
ii. Terrorism
iii. Explosions
iv. Earthquake Fire and shock
v. Act of God
12. Exclusions:
a. BlueEX will not be responsible for any shortages claimed by the consignee. This is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure exact number of items inside the parcel as the quantity inside the parcel is not
known to BlueEX.
13. Agreement:
a. By opening an account with blueEX you agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
