Read this carefully. I’ll explain more about the rules.

You will understand better why we care so much about the rules.
It makes it more fun and enjoyable for yourself. It’s just for your own benefit.

Short messages: They don’t expect you send long messages, but this doesn’t mean your messages can
be short. The client pays for each sent message, and some clients are chatting for ages. This cost the client
lots of money and if he receives a short message he'll think "Do I pay for this? Only a short message of a
few words? That’s not worth it!’’ That’s why you should try to make them a little bit longer. Personally I send
messages with the average of 125-150 characters. If the client sends a longer message, try to send a
message with the same amount of characters back.

No questions: You’ll notice while working there’s no question in the message. So it’s important for you to
send every message in a question form. If you don’t ask anything the client will take it for granted and won’t
send anything back (yet). Often they don’t send anything back if you have no question and it’s easier for
you and your colleagues. You’ll notice sometimes the client just says something and doesn’t ask anything.
So let’s help each other and ask them in every message something. (check the notes for inspiration).

Open questions: Also many questions are being asked ‘’Would you like this/that? Do you like? Right?
Don’t you think so?’’ Don’t end with an yes or no question.. Ask a question where the client can’t just simply
answer yes or no. If the questions are more specific you’ll have a better answer where you can ask more
about again. If the client asks you ‘’Do you have sexy lingerie?’’ And you answer ‘’Yes I have, do you like
that’’? What can the client answer? Yes or no. It’s not the same if you answer ‘’Yes, I have some fancy
lingerie that I fancy wearing, would you love it if I was wearing it and have you got something neat to wear
too? This makes the client use his imagination and gives a bigger chance on a nice response (keep the
messages going!).

Logbook: Unfortunately it’s likely not everything is logged as it should be. It’s annoying to the client if they
have the same question all over again. Example: Yesterday I asked the client if he’s single or if he has a
wife. And he answered me; ‘’Are you reading any of my messages?’’ Apparently some player already asked
the same question and the client answered but forgot to log this information. Also annoying for me, I have to
scroll through all messages to look for the answer and still log the information. I even saw more information
that the player didn’t log, so it cost me even more time, and also having a more annoying client doesn’t do
any good. The logbook is for the players so we can see all information of the client (or player) and don’t ask
the same questions all over again. Or even worse, giving wrong information to the client.
Make sure you log first in the LOGBOOK the information you need to log, before even typing the message
and look if it shows up at the logbook before sending any message.

Making promises/appointment: Making promises as sending photos we don’t have, Facebook or making
appointments is prohibited. We don’t promise anything we can’t make true. This is the golden rule! I gave
the ones I saw a warning, 2nd time it will be EXIT! If someone of a different company makes an
appointment, use the button ‘Report abuse’’.
I also asked myself why the player asked the client to meet in the evening on the same day (sometimes this
is in the POKE). It’s not easy to change this subject, especially if you just getting started. Unfortunately we
can’t control everything. This comes often from the platform. You can simply start introducing yourself and
ask some more about what the client is looking for. Go around with a big circle and make him forget there
was an appointment. If you have issues with what to answer to the client, contact me. If I’m not around
there’s always someone from Operating4U available.

Cities (country): As you probably already noticed on some profiles, the city and country information is
blank, look if there’s already something logged at the profile. If not choose the same city if it’s a big one, or
choose the biggest city nearby if he lives in a village. The villages are small and mostly they all know each
other. If he lives in a big city, the chance is smaller you ‘’know’’ each other. It’s recommended to use Google
maps while working.
Log HIS city/country in the PLAYER profile at PERSONAL DATA together with his profile name!
If you have any questions feel free to ask me, that’s why I’m here. Don’t hesitate to ask me anything
because we all have to cooperate and make it work. Let’s help each other for sending quality messages
and everything including the work we do.

Wishing you a great (chat) day and hopefully we’ll keep the quality high!

Cheers.
