This Tips & Work-Arounds is to inform you of some inconveniences you may encounter with
HiSpeed CT/e / ProSpeed AI/FI / CT/e / CT/e Lite series and workarounds (solutions) to them.
Although a GE specialist will explain the details, please read this Tips & Work-Arounds as well.

System
◇ In order to maintain constant system performance it is highly recommended to reboot the system
once a day.
◇ It is best to use the [Stop Scan] button on the keyboard to stop the scan and table movement
immediately. And [Pause Scan] button may not stop the scan immediately due to the signal
transmission time lag.
◇ If the system date is not right, please use [Date Setting] to adjust it.
Step: Reboot the system, when see “You have 5 seconds to cancel Application Startup”, click on
the [Cancel] button, click on the [OK] button, then click on the [Date Setting] button in the upper
right corner of the current interface.
Note: After resetting system date, system will reboot automatically, please wait for tube cooling,
then start scan. The waiting time is at most two hours.

Gantry
◇ When the gantry tilt is set at zero degree, the External Landmark button on Gantry Control Panel
must be pressed for more than 0.5 seconds. Make sure that the [Distance from Landmark]
displayed on Gantry Display Panel shows the number around 190 mm. When the gantry is tilted,
keep pressing the button until the indicator LED gets dim for the system to adjust the table height.

Scan Desktop
◇ Even when the Scout scan can be done within the cradle scanable range, the Helical scan may
not be prescribed within that full range. In that case, Axial, instead of Helical, is recommended for
the unscanable range in the Helical scan.
◇ After starting up the operating console, some part of the Scan Desktop may have an abnormal
display.
Workaround: Select the [Restart Display] button in the [ImageWorks] desktop.
◇ In [New Patient] interface, after clicking the magnifying button on the scout view and then
pressing the [Confirm] button immediately ahead of the displaying of magnified image, the scout
image will move to the upper left corner while Pause Scan and go back to the previous interface
pressing [Show Localizer] button.

 Workaround: Re-clicking the magnifying button to get a magnified scout image then resizing it,
the scout view will go back to the upper right corner. Avoid clicking [Confirm] before the
displaying of magnified image finished.
◇ After system is started, [Caps Lock] and [Num Lock] button on the keyboard are not enabled.
Workaround: Enable it before using.
◇ Click on [Recon Area] button, the WW/WL will change to 1000/0.Please adjust them manually.
◇ When the [New Patient] and [Retro Recon] user interface are opened simultaneously, sometimes
the user interface will hide automatically.
Workaround: Click on the button [New patient] or [Retro Recon] to reopen the user interface.
◇ In the Scan Phase of [Smart Prep], the [Pause] button may not stop the scan and table
movement immediately. Please use the [Stop Scan] button on the keyboard to stop the table
movement and the scan.
◇ During the scan, do not save or restore raw data，which may lead to halt of the scan.

Display Desktop
◇ All kind of information about measurement may disappear after clicking [Display Normal] button.
Please use it with forgiveness.
◇ On Display Desktop, when using the Hot Key function like [Shift]+[Fx], make sure to release the
[Shift ] button with the mouse arrow within the viewport area. If you move the mouse arrow out of
the viewport area and then release [shift] button, the system would regard that the [Shift] button is
not released. This operation will cause the following problem: when each time you change W/L
on Display Desktop by pressing [Fx], the current W/L will be set as default W/L of that [Fx] button,
just like using the Hot Key function [Shift] + [Fx].
Solution: On Display Desktop, move the mouse inside the viewport and then click [Shift] button
once.

Filming
◇ Some types of laser cameras do not support the 2 on 1 (side by side) format in the film composer.
Workaround: Avoid using this format.
◇ Film MID in Compare Mode will only send the selected column(2 images) to the film composer. It
can’t deal with all displayed images.
Workaround: Please don’t use Film MID in Compare Mode to target all images.
◇ MID filming may render small letters so that some annotations, such as hospital’s name, will be
illegible.
Workaround: Hiding the annotation before using the MID mode is recommended.
◇ Sometime user can’t delete images in the [Auto Film Composer], till all tasks are accomplished.
◇ When filming, if select [image] option in [Icon labels] of [Film Composer], the display speed in
[Film Composer] may slower. Please select [E/S/I] option to avoid it.

Network
◇ When the scan is performed with [Auto Transfer] on and the system is shut down for some reason
with some scan data reconstruction still remaining, the Recon will be restarted after the system
reboot, but the images reconstructed after that will not be transferred automatically.
Workaround: Transfer those images manually.
◇ If the network function was used frequently, especially for [Auto Transfer]，some abnormalities
may occur.
Workaround: It is highly recommend to restart the system every single day.

Image Works Desktop

◇ If [Restart Browser] is selected, a notion about the camera parameter may prompt whenever
you select the [New Patient].
Workaround: Select the [Autofilm] button in the [Display] interface to open it, and re-select to close.
◇ While viewing images in the [Imageworks] with 2x2 format at first, then change the format to 3x3,
which possibly lead to only 4 images displayed in the viewport.
Workaround: Reload the images you interest to get them all.
◇ While viewing images in the [Imageworks] with [Next] or [Prior] button on the keyboard, image’s
number displayed in the scroll bar is always 1. It does not affect image’s display.
◇ When using [Reference Image], some of the image layouts will not display the reference image.
◇ When using the [Next] or [Prior] Key to load images, the Reference image may not be displayed
on all the images.
Workaround: Simply press [All On] once again and the images will update displaying the reference
image.
◇ [Restart Display] should be selected when a certain window can not be selected during the
operations on Display desktop. When [Restart Display] is selected during the exam, the following
things occur: ①Images stop appearing in AutoView port, though the images start appearing from
next scans. ②Cross reference lines are not properly shown. ③Images may not be displayed on
Scan desktop. In that case, return to Localize.
◇ The displayed number of 512 x 512 or 256 x 256 matrix images that can be added to the image
disk is just estimated value. Please periodically backup the images to other media or equipment
except for CT. Delete the images after backup to free up disk space.
If the images can’t be generated after the scan or the scan aborts, try to delete some images
before scanning. If the problem is not solved, please contact the GE service representative.

Image Post Processing

‘ While Dentascan software are running, please do not use the “prior” key or “next” key on the
keyboard to page up/down because the operation can lead to abnormal end of software and then
have a potential impact on the next operation.

Workaround: Please use the “Next” or “ Prior” button on the software interface , or “Grid On/Off” key
on the keyboard (equal to “Next” button on the screen) or“Zoom/Roam” key on the keyboard (equal
to “Prior” button on the screen) to page up/down.

Nous vous prions de bien vouloir lire cette conseils & solutions en complément des explications détaillées
qu’un spécialiste GE vous fournira.

Système
◇ Pour maintenir le système à un niveau de performances constant, il est fortement recommandé
de le redémarrer une fois par jour.
◇ Pour arrêter immédiatement l’acquisition et le mouvement de la table, il est préférable d'utiliser le
bouton [Stop Scan] (arrêter l’acquisition) du clavier. Il est probable que le bouton [Pause Scan]
(acquisition sur pause) n'arrêtera pas immédiatement l'acquisition en raison du décalage de la
transmission du signal.
◇ Si la date du système n'est pas exacte, veuillez utiliser [Date Setting] (réglage de la date) pour la
régler.
Étape : Redémarrez le système, lorsque le message « You have 5 seconds to cancel Application Startup »
(vous avez 5 secondes pour annuler le démarrage de l'application) apparaît, cliquez sur le bouton [Cancel]
(annuler), puis sur le bouton [OK] et enfin sur le bouton [Date Setting] situé dans la partie supérieure droite
de l'interface en cours.
Remarque : Lorsque vous aurez réglé la date, le système redémarrera automatiquement. Attendez que le
tube refroidisse, puis commencez l'acquisition. Le temps d'attente est de deux heures au maximum.

Statif
◇ Lorsque l'inclinaison du statif est réglée sur zéro degré, vous devez appuyer sur le bouton External
Landmark (repère externe) du panneau de commande du Statif pendant plus de 0,5 secondes. Assurez-vous
que la [Distance from Landmark] (distance du point de repère) affichée sur le panneau de commande du
Statif indique un nombre équivalent à environ 190 mm. Lorsque le statif est incliné, continuez à appuyer
sur le bouton jusqu'à ce que le témoin lumineux s'affaiblisse, pour que le système règle la hauteur de la
table.

Scan Desktop
◇ Même lorsque l'acquisition Scout peut être effectuée sur la plage d’acquisition du dossier, l'acquisition
hélicoïdale peut ne pas être indiquée pour la totalité de cette plage. Dans ce cas, il est conseillé d'utiliser
l'acquisition Axiale plutôt que l'acquisition Hélicoïdale pour la plage non-balayable de l'acquisition
Hélicoïdale.

◇ Après avoir démarré la console d'exploitation, certaines parties du Scan Desktop peuvent présenter un
affichage anormal.
Solutions : Sélectionnez le bouton [Restart Display] (redémarrer l'affichage) sur le bureau [ImageWorks].
◇ Dans l'interface [New Patient] (nouveau patient), après avoir cliqué sur le bouton d'agrandissement de la
vue scout et appuyé sur le bouton [Confirm] (confirmer) situé devant l'affichage de l'image agrandie,
l'image scout se déplacera vers le coin supérieur gauche pendant la Pause de l'acquisition et reviendra sur
l'interface précédente en appuyant sur le bouton [Show Localizer] (afficher image de localisation).
Solutions : Cliquez à nouveau sur le bouton d'agrandissement pour obtenir une image scout agrandie puis
modifiez sa taille. La vue scout se replacera dans la partie supérieure droite. Évitez de cliquer sur [Confirm]
(confirmer) avant la fin de l'affichage de l'image agrandie.
◇ Après le démarrage du système, les touches [Caps Lock] (Verr. maj.) et [Num Lock] (Verr. num.) du
clavier ne sont pas activées.
Solutions : Activez-les avant utilisation.
◇ Cliquez sur le bouton [Recon Area] (zone de reconstruction). Les valeurs de contraste et de luminosité
(WW/WL) passeront à 1000/0. Veuillez les régler manuellement.
◇ Lorsque [New Patient] (nouveau patient) et [Retro Recon] (reconstruction rétrospective) sont ouverts
simultanément, l'interface utilisateur se ferme parfois automatiquement.
Solutions : Cliquez sur le bouton [New patient] ou [Retro Recon] pour rouvrir l'interface utilisateur.
◇ Dans la phase Acquisition de [Smart Prep], le bouton [Pause] est susceptible de ne pas interrompre
immédiatement l'acquisition et le mouvement de la table. Veuillez utiliser le bouton [Stop Scan] du clavier
pour arrêter le mouvement de la table et l'acquisition.
◇ Pendant l'acquisition, évitez d'enregistrer ou de restaurer les données brutes, cela pourrait
interrompre l'acquisition.

Display Desktop
◇ Tous les types d'informations concernant la mesure peuvent disparaître après un clic sur le bouton [Display
Normal] (affichage normal). Veuillez l'utiliser avec précaution.
◇ Sur le bureau d’affichage, lors de l’utilisation d’un raccourci clavier comme [Shift]+[Fx], veiller à ce que le
curseur de la souris soit dans la fenêtre d’affichage au moment de relâcher la touche [Shift] (Maj.). Si le
curseur se trouve hors de la fenêtre d’affichage lorsque la touche [shift] est relâchée, le système considérera
que la touche est toujours enfoncée. Cette opération posera le problème suivant : chaque fois que le
contraste et la luminosité sont modifiés sur le bureau d’affichage en appuyant sur [Fx], les réglages de
contraste et de luminosité appliqués seront définis comme valeurs par défaut du bouton [Fx] en cause,
comme si le raccourci clavier [Shift] + [Fx] avait été utilisé.
Solution : Sur le bureau d’affichage, déplacer la souris dans la fenêtre d’affichage puis appuyer une fois sur
la touche [Shift].

Reprographie
◇ Certains types de caméras laser ne prennent pas en charge le format 2 sur 1 (côté par côté) dans
le composeur de films.

 Solutions : Évitez d'utiliser ce format.
◇ En mode Compare (comparaison) Film MID enverra uniquement la colonne sélectionnée (2
images) au composeur de films. Il ne peut pas gérer la totalité des images affichées.
Solutions : N'utilisez pas Film MID en mode Compare pour cibler toutes les images.
◇ La reprographie MID peut donner des petites lettres ; par conséquent, certaines annotations, par exemple le
nom de l'hôpital, peuvent être illisibles.
Solutions : Il est conseillé de masquer l'annotation avant d'utiliser le mode MOY.
◇ Parfois, l'utilisateur ne peut pas effacer les images dans l'[Auto Film Composer] (composeur de
films automatique) avant d'avoir effectué toutes les tâches.
◇ Lors de l'impression, si vous sélectionnez l'option [image] dans [Icon labels] (étiquettes icônes)
de [Film Composer], la vitesse d'affichage dans [Film Composer] peut ralentir. Veuillez
sélectionner l'option [E/S/I] pour éviter cela.

Réseau
◇ Si l'acquisition est effectuée alors que [Auto Transfer] (transfert automatique) est activé et que le
système est arrêté pour une raison quelconque, alors qu'il reste des données d'acquisition à
reconstruire, la Recon sera relancée après le redémarrage du système, mais les images
reconstruites après cette opération ne seront pas transférées automatiquement.
Solutions : Transférez ces images manuellement.
◇ Si la fonction réseau est utilisée fréquemment, en particulier pour l'[Auto Transfer], certaines
anomalies peuvent survenir.
Solutions : Il est fortement recommandé de redémarrer le système chaque jour.

Bureau Image Works

◇ Si vous sélectionnez [Restart Browser] (redémarrer le Browser), un avertissement sur les
paramètres de la caméra peut apparaître lorsque vous sélectionnez le [New Patient] (nouveau
patient).
Solutions : Sélectionnez le bouton [Autofilm] (reprographie automatique) dans l'interface [Display]
(affichage) pour l'ouvrir, puis re-sélectionnez-le pour fermer.
◇ Lorsque vous affichez des images dans [Imageworks] en commençant par le format 2x2, puis
que vous passez au format 3x3, la fenêtre de visualisation risque d'afficher 4 images uniquement.
Solutions : Rechargez les images qui vous intéressent pour les afficher toutes.
◇ Lorsque vous affichez des images dans [Imageworks] avec le bouton [Next] (suivant) ou [Prior]
(précédent) du clavier, le numéro d'image qui s'affiche dans la barre de défilement est toujours 1.
Cela n'affecte pas l'affichage des images.
◇ Lorsque vous utilisez une [Reference Image] (image de référence), certaines mises en page
d’images n'affichent pas l'image de référence.
◇ Lorsque vous utilisez la touche [Next] ou [Prior] pour charger des images, l'image de référence
risque de ne pas s'afficher sur toutes les images.

 Solutions : Appuyer une fois de plus sur [All On] (toutes activées) pour que les images soient
mises à jour et que l'image de référence s’affiche.
◇ Vous devez sélectionner [Restart Display] (redémarrer l'affichage) lorsque vous ne parvenez pas
à sélectionner une certaine fenêtre pendant les opérations sur le Display Desktop. Lorsque
[Restart Display] est sélectionné pendant l'examen, les événements suivants se produisent : ①
Les images cessent d'apparaître dans AutoView, car les images commencent à apparaître à
partir des acquisitions suivantes. ②Les lignes de référence ne s'affichent pas correctement. ③
Les images risquent de ne pas s'afficher sur le Scan Desktop. Dans ce cas, revenez sur Localize
(localiser)
◇ L’affichage du nombre d’images de matrice 512 x 512 ou 256 x 256 pouvant être ajoutées au
disque d’images n’est fourni qu’à titre indicatif. Sauvegardez régulièrement les images sur
d’autres supports ou équipements (sauf CT). Une fois sauvegardées, supprimez les images afin
de libérer de l’espace disque.
Si les images ne peuvent pas être générées après l’acquisition ou si l’acquisition échoue,
essayez de supprimer quelques images avant l’examen. Si le problème n’est pas résolu,
contactez votre représentant Service GE.

Post-traitement d'image
‘ Lorsque le logiciel Dentascan est en cours d'utilisation, veuillez ne pas utiliser les touches « prior »
(précédent) ou « next » (suivant) du clavier pour monter/descendre d'une page, car cette opération risque de
provoquer la fermeture anormale du logiciel et d'affecter l'opération suivante.
Solutions : Veuillez utiliser le bouton « Next » ou « Prior » de l'interface logicielle ou la touche « Grid
On/Off » (grille activée/désactivée) du clavier (équivalente au bouton « Next » de l'écran) ou la
touche « Zoom/Roam » (zoom/déplacement) du clavier (équivalente au bouton « Prior » de l'écran
pour monter/descendre d'une page.

El presente documento de consejos y soluciones tiene por objeto informarle acerca de determinados
problemas que podría experimentar con la serie HiSpeed CT/e / ProSpeed AI/FI / CT/e/CT/e Lite, así como de
las posibles soluciones que pueden aplicarse.
Aunque un especialista de GE le explicará los detalles, lea también esta consejos y soluciones.

Sistema
◇ Para mantener el rendimiento del sistema constante, se recomienda encarecidamente reiniciar el sistema
una vez al día.
◇ El botón [Stop Scan] (Parar exploración) del teclado es la mejor opción para interrumpir la exploración y el
movimiento de la mesa inmediatamente. Es posible que el botón [Pause Scan] no pare la exploración
inmediatamente debido a la demora del tiempo de transmisión de señal.
◇ Si la fecha del sistema no es correcta, use [Date Setting] (Configurar fecha) para ajustarla.
Reinicie el sistema; cuando aparezca el mensaje “You have 5 seconds to cancel Application Startup”
(Tiene 5 segundos para cancelar el inicio de la aplicación), haga clic en el botón [Cancel] (Cancelar),
seguidamente en [OK] (Aceptar), y por último en el botón [Date Setting] (Configurar fecha) situado en la
esquina superior derecha de la interfaz en curso.
Nota: Una vez configurada la fecha del sistema, éste se reinicia automáticamente. Espere a que el tubo se
enfríe y comience la exploración. El tiempo de espera máximo es dos horas.

Estativo
◇ Cuando la inclinación del estativo es de cero grados, el botón External Landmark (Referencia externa) del
panel de control del estativo debe mantenerse pulsado durante más de 0,5 segundos. Asegúrese de que el
valor de [Distance from Landmark] (Distancia desde la referencia) visualizado en el panel de visualización
del estativo está en torno a los 190 mm. Con el estativo inclinado, mantenga el botón pulsado hasta que el
indicador LED se apague para que el sistema ajuste la altura de la mesa.

Escritorio de exploración
◇ Aun cuando la exploración de reconocimiento pueda realizarse dentro del intervalo de exploración de la
camilla, es posible que no se prescriba la exploración helicoidal dentro de ese intervalo completo. En este
caso, se recomienda el uso de axial en vez de helicoidal para el intervalo no explorable en la exploración
helicoidal.
◇ Tras iniciar la consola del operador, es posible que en alguna parte del escritorio de exploración la
visualización sea anormal.
Solución: Seleccione el botón [Restart Display] (Reiniciar visualización) en el escritorio [Image Works].

◇ En la interfaz [New Patient] (Paciente nuevo), tras hacer clic en el botón de ampliación de la vista de
reconocimiento y pulsar el botón [Confirm] (Confirmar) inmediatamente después de la visualización de la
imagen ampliada, la imagen de reconocimiento se desplaza a la esquina superior izquierda mientras se hace
una pausa de exploración y vuelve a la interfaz previa al pulsar el botón [Show localizer] (Mostrar
localizador).
Solución: Al hacer clic de nuevo en el botón de ampliación para obtener una imagen de reconocimiento y
modificar su tamaño, la vista de reconocimiento vuelve a la esquina superior derecha. No haga clic en
[Confirm] antes de visualizar la imagen ampliada finalizada.
◇ Tras iniciar el sistema, los botones [Caps Lock] (Bloq. Mayús.) y [Num Lock] (Bloq. Núm.) del teclado no
están activados.
Solución: Actívelos antes de usarlos.
◇ Haga clic en el botón [Recon Area] (Área de recon). Los valores WW/WL cambian a 1000/0. Ajústelos
manualmente.
◇ Cuando se abren [New Patient] (Paciente nuevo) y [Retro Recon] (Recon retro) simultáneamente, en
ocasiones la interfaz de usuario se oculta automáticamente.
Solución: Haga clic en el botón [New patient] o [Retro Recon] para reabrir la interfaz de usuario.
◇ En la fase de exploración de [Smart Prep], es posible que el botón [Pause] (Pausa) no interrumpa la
exploración ni el movimiento de la mesa inmediatamente. Use el botón [Stop Scan] (Parar exploración) del
teclado para interrumpir el movimiento de la mesa y la exploración.
◇ Durante la exploración, no guarde ni recupere datos brutos que puedan interrumpirla.

Escritorio de visualización
◇ Es posible que toda la información sobre medidas desaparezca tras pulsar el botón [Display Normal]
(Visualización normal). Téngalo en cuenta cuando lo use.
◇ En el Escritorio de visualización, al utilizar una función de acceso rápido como [Mayús]+[Fx], asegúrese
de soltar el botón [Mayús] mientras la flecha del ratón está en el área del puerto de vista. Si mueve la flecha
del ratón fuera del área del puerto de vista y después suelta el botón [Mayús], el sistema entenderá que el
botón [Mayús] no se ha soltado. Esta acción causará el siguiente problema: cada vez que cambie el
ancho/nivel (W/L) de ventana en el Escritorio de visualización pulsando [Fx], el W/L se establecerá como
W/L predeterminado de dicho botón [Fx], como al usar la función de acceso rápido [Mayús] + [Fx].
Solución: En el Escritorio de visualización, mueva el ratón dentro del puerto de vista y después, haga clic
una vez en el botón [Mayús].

Fotografiado
Algunos tipos de reprógrafo no son compatibles con el formato 2 en 1 (contiguo) en el film composer.
Solución: Evite usar este formato.
Film MID (MID de fotografiado) en el modo de comparación únicamente enviará la columna seleccionada (2
imágenes) al film composer. No puede ocuparse de todas las imágenes visualizadas.
Solución: No use Film MID en el modo de comparación para todas las imágenes.

◇ El fotografiado MID puede interpretar letras pequeñas, de forma que algunas anotaciones, como el nombre
del hospital, serán ilegibles.
Solución: Se recomienda ocultar la anotación antes de usar el modo MID.
◇ En ocasiones, el usuario no puede borrar las imágenes del [Auto Film Composer] hasta que finalizan todas
las tareas.
◇ Al realizar el fotografiado, si se selecciona la opción [image] (imagen) en [Icon labels] (Nombres de
iconos) de [Film Composer], la velocidad de visualización en [Film Composer] puede ser más lenta.
Seleccione la opción [E/S/I] para evitarlo.

Red
Cuando la exploración se realiza con la función [Auto Transfer] (Envío automático) activada y el sistema se
cierra con parte de la reconstrucción de datos de exploración pendiente, la reconstrucción se reanuda tras
reiniciar el sistema, pero las imágenes reconstruidas después no se envían automáticamente.
Solución: Envíe estas imágenes manualmente.
◇ Si se usa la función de red con frecuencia, pueden producirse algunas anormalidades, especialmente con
[Auto Transfer].
Solución: Se recomienda encarecidamente reiniciar el sistema a diario.

Escritorio Image Works

Al seleccionar [Restart Browser] (Reiniciar Browser), puede aparecer un mensaje sobre la cámara cada vez
que se selecciona [New Patient] (Paciente nuevo).

Scan Desktop

Drücken von [Fx] die Fensterebene/-breite (W/L) ändern, wird die eingestellte W/L für diese [Fx]-
Taste als Vorgabe eingestellt, analog zur Verwendung der Hot Key-Funktion [Shift] + [Fx].
Lösung: Den Mauszeiger auf dem Display Desktop in das Bildfenster verschieben und dann
einmal die [Shift]-Taste drücken.

Filmen
Einige Typen von Laserkameras unterstützen das Format 2 auf 1 (Seite neben Seite) in der
Filmanordnung nicht.

 Lösung: Vermeiden Sie es, dieses Format zu verwenden.
Film MID in Compare-Modus wählt nur die zweite Spalte (zwei Bilder)für neben der Filmanordnung.
Er kann nicht mit allen angezeigten Bildern umgehen.

valori W/L saranno impostati come valori di default di tale pulsante [Fx], esattamente come accade
utilizzando la funzione Hot Key [Shift]+[Fx].
Soluzione: nel desktop di visualizzazione, spostare il cursore del mouse all'interno del viewport, quindi
premere una volta il tasto [Shift].

Registrazione
◇ Alcuni tipi di fotocamere laser non supportano il formato 2 su 1 (lato a lato) per il Film composer.

non essere visualizzata su tutte le immagini.
Soluzione: premendo nuovamente [All On] sarà possibile aggiornare le immagini in modo da mostrare la
relativa immagine di riferimento.
◇ Selezionare [Restart Display] quando non è possibile selezionare una data finestra durante le operazioni sul
Display desktop. Durante un esame, selezionando [Restart Display] potrebbero verificarsi i seguenti eventi:

◇ Para interromper o exame e o movimento da mesa imediatamente, utilize o botão [Stop Scan] (Encerrar
Exame) do teclado. O botão [Pause Scan] (Pausar Exame) não interrompe o exame imediatamente devido
ao tempo necessário para a transmissão do sinal.
◇ Se a data do sistema estiver incorreta, use a função [Date Setting] (Configurar Data) para corrigi-la.
Ação: Reinicialize o sistema. Quando receber a mensagem “You have 5 seconds to cancel Application
Startup” (Você dispõe de 5 segundos para cancelar a Inicialização do Aplicativo), clique no botão [Cancel]
(Cancelar), clique no botão [OK], em seguida clique no botão [Date Setting], situado no canto superior
direito da interface.
Nota: Quando a data do sistema tiver sido corrigida, o sistema será reinicializado automaticamente.
Aguarde o final do resfriamento do tubo para iniciar o exame. Você deverá aguardar no máximo duas
horas.

Gantry
◇ Quando o valor da inclinação do gantry é zero grau, o botão External Landmark (Pontos de Referência
Externos) do Painel de Controle do Gantry deve ser pressionado durante mais de 0,5 segundo. Verifique se
[Distance from Landmark] (Distância dos Pontos de Referência), exibido no Painel de Exibição do Gantry,
indica um valor em torno de 190 mm. Quando o gantry for inclinado, mantenha o botão pressionado até
que o indicador LED fique cinza para que o sistema ajuste a altura da mesa.

Área de Trabalho Scan (Exame)

◇ Mesmo quando o exame Scout pode ser efetuado dentro do intervalo escaneável do suporte, o exame
Helicoidal não pode ser prescrito dentro do intervalo completo. Nesse caso, em vez de exame Helicoidal,
recomenda-se o exame Axial, para cobrir o intervalo não escaneável no exame Helicoidal.
◇ Depois de inicializar o console operacional, a exibição de uma parte da Área de Trabalho Scan poderá ser
anormal.
Solução: Selecione o botão [Restart Display] (Reinicializar Exibição) da área de trabalho [ImageWorks].

◇ Na interface [New Patient] (Novo Paciente), depois de clicar no botão de ampliação na vista scout, em
seguida pressionar o botão [Confirm] logo que a imagem ampliada for exibida, a imagem scout será
deslocada para o canto superior esquerdo, o exame será pausado e você voltará a interface anterior quando
pressionar o botão [Show Localizer] (Mostrar Localizador).
Solução: Clique novamente no botão de ampliação para obter uma imagem scout ampliada e redimensione-
a. A vista scout voltará ao canto superior direito. Evite clicar em [Confirm] antes que a exibição da imagem
ampliada tenha terminado.
◇ Quando o sistema é inicializado, os botões [Caps Lock] e [Num Lock] do teclado não são habilitados.
Solução: Habilite-os antes de usá-los.
◇ Clique no botão [Recon Area] (Área de Reconstrução) para mudar os ajustes de WW/WL para 1000/0.
Ajuste-os manualmente.
◇ Quando as interfaces de usuário [New Patient] (Novo Paciente) e [Retro Recon] (Reconstrução
Retrospectiva) são abertas simultaneamente, certas vezes a interface do usuário é automaticamente
ocultada.
Solução: Clique no botão [New patient] ou [Retro Recon] para reabrir a interface do usuário.
◇ Na Scan Phase (Fase Exame) do [Smart Prep], o botão [Pause] pode não interromper o exame e o
movimento da mesa imediatamente. Para cessar o movimento da mesa e o exame, use o botão [Stop Scan]
(Encerrar Exame) do teclado.
◇ Durante o exame, não salve nem restaure dados brutos, pois isso pode interromper o exame.

Área de Trabalho Display (Exibição)

◇ Quando você clica no botão [Display Normal] (Exibição Normal), todas as informações sobre medições
podem desaparecer. Use a função e queira desculpar-nos pelos transtornos.
◇ Na área de trabalho Display (Exibição), ao usar a função Hot Key, como [Shift]+[Fx], solte o botão [Shift]
mantendo a seta do mouse dentro da área da porta de visualização. Se você deslocar a seta do mouse para
fora da área da porta de visualização e soltar o botão [Shift], o sistema irá considerar que o botão [Shift]
não foi solto. Esta operação ocasionará o seguinte problema: toda vez que você modificar o W/L
(Nível/Largura da Janela) na área de trabalho Display, pressionando [Fx], o W/L atual se tornará o padrão
W/L desse botão [Fx], exatamente como ao usar a função Hot Key [Shift] + [Fx].
Solução: Na área de trabalho Display, desloque o mouse para dentro da porta de visualização e pressione
[Shift] uma vez.

Impressão em Filme
◇ Certos tipos de câmeras a laser, não suportam o formato 2 em 1 (lado a lado) no Film Composer (Editor de
Filme).
Solução: Evite usar esse formato.
◇ O Film MID no Modo Compare só envia a coluna selecionada (2 imagens) para o Film Composer. Não tem
capacidade para gerenciar todas as imagens exibidas.
Solução: Não use o Film MID no Modo Compare para gerenciar todas as imagens.

◇ A impressão em filme MID pode produzir anotações com letras muito pequenas e, por exemplo, o nome do
hospital poderá ficar ilegível.
Solução: Recomenda-se ocultar as anotações antes de usar o modo MID.
◇ Certas vezes, o usuário só consegue excluir imagens no [Auto Film Composer] quando todas as tarefas são
concluídas.
◇ Durante a impressão em filme, se você selecionar a opção [image] (imagem) nas [Icon labels] (Etiquetas de
ícones) do [Film Composer], a exibição no [Film Composer] será mais lenta. Para evitar o problema,
selecione a opção [E/S/I].

Rede
◇ Quando você executa o exame com o modo [Auto Transfer] (Transferência Automática) ativado e, por uma
razão qualquer, desliga o sistema quando ainda há reconstruções de dados de exame por fazer, a
Reconstrução é reiniciada depois da reinicialização do sistema, mas as imagens reconstruídas depois disso
não são transferidas automaticamente.
Solução: Transfira as imagens manualmente.
◇ Se a função de transferência via rede for usada com freqüência, especialmente [Auto Transfer], poderão
ocorrer problemas.
Solução: Recomenda-se reinicializar o sistema todos os dias.

Área de Trabalho Image Works

◇ Se você selecionar [Restart Browser] (Reinicializar Browser), uma informação sobre os parâmetros da
câmera poderá aparecer sempre que você selecionar [New Patient] (Novo Paciente).
Solução: Selecione o botão [Autofilm] (Filme Automático) da interface de [Display] (Exibição) para abri-lo e
volte a selecioná-lo para fechá-lo.
◇ Quando visualizar imagens no [Imageworks] primeiro no formato 2x2, em seguida no formato 3x3, é
possível que sejam exibidas somente 4 imagens na porta de visualização.
Solução: Recarregue as imagens que lhe interessam.
◇ Durante a visualização de imagens no [Imageworks] usando os botões [Next] (Seguinte) e [Prior]
(Anterior) do teclado, o nº de imagem indicado na barra de rolagem é sempre 1. Isso não afeta a exibição
de imagens.
◇ Quando você usa [Reference Image] (Imagem de Referência), alguns dos layouts de imagens não exibem a
imagem de referência.
◇ Quando usar as teclas [Next] ou [Prior] para carregar imagens, a imagem de referência não aparece em todas
as imagens.
Solução: Basta pressionar [All On] (Todas ativadas) novamente para que as imagens sejam atualizadas e a
imagem de referência reapareça.
◇ [Restart Display] (Reinicializar Exibição) deve ser selecionado quando uma janela não puder ser
selecionada durante operações na área de trabalho Display (Exibição). Quando [Restart Display] é
selecionado durante um exame: ①As imagens deixam de aparecer na porta AutoView (Visualização
Automática), embora comecem a aparecer imagens dos exames seguintes. ②As linhas de referência

 cruzada não são exibidas corretamente. ③Não é possível exibir imagens na área de trabalho Scan (Exame).
Nesse caso, volte a Localize (Localizar).
◇ O número de imagens de matriz 512 X 512 ou 256 X 256 que podem ser adicionadas ao disco de imagens é
um valor estiimado. Faça periodicamente um backup das imagens em outro suporte (exceto CT). Apague
as imagens após o backup para liberar espaço no disco.
Se as imagens não puderem ser criadas após a aquisição, ou se esta for interrompida, tente apagar imagens
antes de executar uma aquisição Se o problema não for sanado, entre em contato com o seu representante
de serviços GE.

Pós-processamento de Imagens
‘ Quando o software Dentascan estiver sendo executado, não use as teclas “prior” (anterior) e “next”
(seguinte) do teclado para exibir imagens anteriores e seguintes, pois a operação poderá fechar o software de
maneira anormal e afetar as operações seguintes.
Solução: Use os botões “Next” e “ Prior” da interface do software ou as teclas “Grid On/Off” (Grade
Ativada/Desativada) (mesmo que botão “Next” da tela) e“Zoom/Roam” (Zoom/Deslocar) do teclado (mesmo
que botão “Prior” da tela) para passar de uma imagem a outra.

る不都合な点、およびその対策（解決策）についてお知らせいたします。
詳細については、GE のスペシャリストからご説明させていただきますが、本レターをご一読いただきます
よう、お願い申し上げます。

システム
◇ 安定したシステム性能を保つ為に、1 日 1 回はシステムの立ち上げを必ず行って下さい。
◇ 進行中のスキャンとテーブルの動作を即時に止める必要がある場合は、キーボード上の[Stop
Scan]ボタンを使用するのが最善です。[Pause]ボタンを用いた場合は、信号伝達遅延時間によ
りスキャンが即時に停止しない可能性があります。
◇ シ ス テ ム の 日 付 が 正 し く な い 場 合 は 、 [Date Setting] を 使 用 し て 調 整 し て く だ さ い 。
ステップ：システムを再起動し、“You have 5 seconds to cancel Application Startup”（5 秒以
内にキャンセルしないとアプリケーションが起動します）が表示されたら、[Cancel] ボタンをクリックし
て下さい。次に [OK] ボタン、次いで現在のインターフェースの右上にある [Date Setting] ボタンを
クリックします。
注記：システムの日付を設定するとシステムは自動的に再起動します。チューブクーリングを待って
スキャンを開始してください。待ち時間は最大 2 時間です。

ガントリ
◇ ガントリチルトがゼロ度に設定されている場合は、ガントリコントロールパネル上の [外部基準
点] ボタンは 0.5 秒以上押さなければなりません。ガントリコントロールパネル上の [基準点からの
水平距離] 表示欄に約 190(mm)の数字が表示されていることを確認して下さい。ガントリがチ
ルトしている場合は、システムがテーブル高を調整する為に、LED インジケータが消えるまでボタ
ンを押し続けて下さい。

スキャン デスクトップ
◇ スカウトスキャンがクレードル上のスキャン可能範囲内で行える場合でも、ヘリカルスキャンがその
範囲全体では設定できない場合があります。その場合、ヘリカル設定できない範囲はアキシャル
スキャンを設定して下さい。
◇ オペレーションコンソールを起動後、スキャンデスクトップのいくつかの部分が正しく表示されない場
合があります。

 解決法：Image Works Desktop画面右上の[Restart Display]ボタンを選んで下さい。
◇ [New Patient] (新規患者) インターフェイスのスカウトビューで拡大ボタンをクリックし、イメージを拡
大表示する前に[Confirm] (確認) ボタンを押すと、スキャンを一時停止中にスカウトイメージは左
上隅に移動し、[Show Localizer] (ローカライザを表示) ボタンを押すと元のインターフェイスに戻り
ます。
解決法：拡大ボタンを再度クリックして、拡大されたスカウトイメージを取得してからリサイズすると、
スカウトビューが右上に戻ります。 イメージの拡大表示が終了しない前に [Confirm] ボタンを押さ
ないでください。
◇ システム始動後はキーボード上の[Caps Lock]と[Num Lock]ボタンは機能しません。
解決法：事前に起動して下さい。
◇ スキャンデスクトップ上で[リコン領域]ボタンを選択すると、ウインドウ幅/レベル(WW/WL)が 1000/0
になりますので、その後手動で調節して下さい。
◇ [New Patient]と[Retro Recon]が同時に選択された状態の時に、どちらかの画面が消える場合
があります。
解決法：[New Patient] または [Retro Recon] ボタンをクリックして、ユーザーインターフェイスを再
度開いてください。
◇ [Smart Prep] のスキャンフェースで [Pause] (一時停止) ボタンを押してもスキャンとテーブル移動を
即座に停止できない場合があります。テーブル移動とスキャンを停止するにはキーボードの [Stop
Scan] (スキャンの停止) ボタンを使用してください。
◇ スキャン中は生データ(Raw Data)の保存(Save)又はロード(Restore)を行わないで下さい。スキャン
が中断してしまいます。

ディスプレイ デスクトップ
◇ [Disp ノーマル] ボタンを選択すると、イメージ上の全ての計測結果は消去される可能性が
あります。この点に留意してお使いくだだい。
◇ Display Desktop画面で[Shift]+[Fx] などのホットキー機能を使用するときは、マウスの矢
印がビューポートの領域内にある状態で [Shift ] ボタンを放すようにしてください。マウスの
矢印をビューポート領域の外に移動して、それから [shift] ボタンを放すと、システムは
[Shift] ボタンがリリースされていないと見なします。その結果、Display Desktop画面で
[Fx] を押してW/L値を変更するたびに、ちょうど [Shift] + [Fx] のホットキー機能を使ってい
る時のように現在のW/L値がこの [Fx] ボタンのデフォルトのW/L値として設定されてしまう、
という問題が生じます。
対策：Display Desktop画面で、マウスの矢印をビューポート内に移動してから [Shift] ボ
タンを 1 回クリックして下さい。

フィルミング

◇ 左右 2 枚並びのフィルムフォーマットを使用できないレーザーカメラの機種があります。
解決法：このフォーマットを用いないで下さい。
◇ Compare Mode における Film MID は左右 2 枚画像のみが対象で、全ての画像を対象
にしてはいません。
解決法：Compare Mode の Film MID を使って全ての画像を選択しないでください。
◇ MID フィルミングでは病院名のような小さな文字が読みにくくなるかもしれません。
解決法：MID モードを使用する前にアノテーションを非表示にすることをお勧めします。
◇ すべてのタクスが終了されるまで時々 [Auto Film Composer] (オートフィルムコンポーザ) の画像を
削除できない場合があります。

◇ 撮影中に [Film Composer (フィルムコンポーザ)] の [Icon labels] (アイコンラベル) で [image] (イメ

ージ) オプションを選択すると、[Film Composer] (フィルムコンポーザ) の表示速度が遅くなる場合
があります。それを防ぐには[E/S/I] オプションを選択してください。

ネットワーク
◇ [Auto Transfer]がオンの状態でスキャンを行い、リコンキューが残った状態でシステムをシャットダウ
ンしますとリブート（再立ち上げ）後にリコンは再開しますがイメージは転送されません。
解決法：イメージを手動転送して下さい。
◇ ネットワーク作業、殊に自動転送機能、があまりに頻繁に使われ過ぎると、不具合が発生する
場合があります。
解決法：毎日、システムの立ち上げを行われることをお勧めいたします。

Image Works デスクトップ

◇ [Restart Browser] (再起動ブラウザ) が選択されている場合に、[New Patient] (新規患者) を選
択する度にカメラパラメータに関する概念が表示される場合があります。
解決法：[Display] (表示) インターフェイスで [Autofilm] (オートフィルム) ボタンを選択して開いて、
もう一度選択して閉じます。
◇ [Imageworks] (イメージ作業) でイメージを最初 2x2 形式で表示して、次にその形式を 3x3 に変
更するとビューポートに 4 つのイメージしか表示されません。
解決法：必要なすべての画像をもう一度読み込みます。
◇ [Imageworks (イメージ作業)] でイメージをキーボードの [Next] (次へ) または [Prior] (戻る) ボタン
を使用して表示しているときに、スクロールバーに表示されるイメージ番号が常に 1 で、イメージの
表示と一致していません。
◇ [Reference Image] (リファレンスイメージ) を使用する場合に、画像レイアウトによってはリファレン
スイメージを表示しません。
◇ [Next] (次へ) または [Prior] (戻る) を使用してイメージを読み込む場合に、すべてのイメージのリフ

 ァレンスイメージが表示されない場合があります。
解決法：[All On] をもう一度クリックすると、リファレンスイメージが表示されます。
◇ [Restart Display]は、Display デスクトップでの操作中にウインドウの指定ができなくなった場合に
お使い下さい。また検査中にこの操作が行われますと、①それまで AutoView に表示されていたイ
メージが表示されなくなりますが、次のスキャンから正常に表示されます。②クロスリファレンスライ
ンが正しく表示されません。③Scan デスクトップにイメージが表示されない場合があります。この時
はスキャン計画に戻ってローカライズを起動すると表示されます。
◇ 画像ディスクに追加可能な 512 x 512 または 256 x 256 マトリックス画像の表示画像数は単な
る推定値です。定期的に画像を他の媒体あるいは CT 以外の装置にバックアップ保存してくださ
い。バックアップ後は画像を削除してディスクの空き容量を増やしてください。
スキャン後あるいはスキャン中止後に画像が作成されない場合、スキャン前に画像を削除してか
らスキャンを試してみてください。問題が解決しない場合、GE サービス員に連絡してください。

画像処理
◇ Dentascan ソフトウェアが起動している間は、ページの前後移動にキーボードの [Prior] (前へ) ま
たは [Next] (次へ) キーは使用しないでください。これらのキーを操作すると、Dentacan ソフトウェ
アが異常停止し、以降の操作に影響する場合があります。
解決法：ソフトウェアインターフェイス上の [Next] (次へ) または [Prior] (前へ) ボタン、またはキーボ
ード上の [Grid On/Off] (グリッド表示/非表示) キー (画面の [Next] ボタンと同等)、あるいは
[Zoom/Roam] (ズーム/ローム) (画面の [Prior] ボタンと同等) を使ってページの前後移動を行って
ください。

此软件使用提示和解决方法将告诉您在使用 HiSpeed CT/e /ProSpeed AI/ FI /

CT/e/ CT/e Lite 机器的过程中，可能遇到的不便和解决方法。我们公司的应用培训

人员会向您做出详细的解释，但在使用之前，请您详细的阅读此软件使用提示和解决

方法。

系统

为了保证系统高性能的运转，请每天重新启动系统一次。

如果欲在曝光前停止移床及曝光，请使用键盘上的[Stop Scan]键来实现此功能；

[Pause Scan]不能立即停止移床及曝光。

如果系统显示的时间不准确，可用 Console Window 中的[Date Setting]来进行调

整。重启系统，当界面上提示“You have 5 seconds to cancel Application

Startup”时，点击[Cancel]，再点击[OK]，之后在右上角选择[Date Setting]。

机架

当机架倾斜角度为零时，如果您使用外定位线，请按住外定位灯复位键 0.5 秒以上确

认机架显示板上显示 190mm 为止；如果机架有一定倾斜角度，请按住外定位灯复位

键，直到系统调整好床的高度为止。

扫描

当欲扫描床板可扫描范围的首末位置时，建议用轴扫模式进行扫描，而螺旋扫描模式

无法覆盖床板实际可扫描范围的全程。

CT 机启动后，[Scan]界面的图像显示部分有可能显示不正常，请在[ImageWorks]界

面中选择屏幕右上角的[Restart Display]。

在新建病人[New Patient]界面点击定位像右上角的放大键，并在定位像未完成放大

之前快速点击确认扫描键[Confirm]，当停掉扫描并退回到上一界面时，定位像将显

示在左上角；再次将点击放大键使图像放大至全屏，然后再点击恢复键恢复定位像大

小，定位像将回到屏幕的右上角。建议用户不要点击放大键后立即点击扫描确认键。

当球管需要冷却时，优化键[Optimized]将变红。在等待达到冷却所需时间后，请点

击优化键打开此界面，此后才可以进行正常扫描；否则确认键[Confirm]将变灰，无

法进行扫描。

如果调整了系统的时间，请等待机器重启后使用。

每次重新起机后，键盘上的[Caps Lock]和[Number Lock]键处于关闭状态，请开启后

使用。

点击“重建区域”后，WW/WL 会自动变为 1000/0，请手动调节窗宽和窗位至合适状

态。

当同时打开新病人[New Patient]和后重建[Retro Recon]界面，某些界面将会自动隐藏起

来，请重新点击新病人或后重建，可以将此界面完全显示出来。

在使用造影剂智能跟踪[Smart Prep]时，若需在扫描期[Scan Phase]曝光前停止床板

的移动，请按下键盘上的停止扫描键[Stop Scan]，而暂停扫描[Pause Scan]无法达

到此效果。

在扫描的过程中，同时进行原始数据的存储或恢复的操作时，会导致原始数据连接失

败，有时可能使扫描中断。请不要在扫描过程中进行原始数据的重装和存储的操作。

显示

点击[Display Normal]显示初始图像后，图像上的测量信息可能同时消失。

 在显示桌面,当使用[Shift]+[Fx]热键功能时,确保放开[Shift]键时,鼠标箭头在视

窗范围内。如果将鼠标移出视窗范围时放开[Shift]键，系统将视为[Shift]并没放

开。这一操作将引起以下问题：每次在显示中通过[Fx]转换 W/L 时，当前 W/L 被设

置成[Fx]默认的 W/L， 等同于同时按下[Shift]+[Fx]。

解决方法：在显示桌面，将鼠标移至视窗内后，按一下[Shift]键。

照相

有的公司的照相机无法使用横的两格的格式进行照相，在此情况下请不要使用横２格

的格式。

在图像比较[Compare Mode]中使用 Film MID 进行组合照相，是以左右两组比较图像

中被选中的一组为对象的，不是全部显示的图像。因此在进行图像比较的过程中，请

不要使用 Film MID。

用 MID 进行组合照相时，有时图像上医院名称的注释文字由于字体太小而不易识别，

此时请删除病院名称后使用。

在使用自动照相时，有时无法从自动照相合成器[Auto Film Composer]中删除图像。

请等待所有的操作处理结束后，再行删除。

在进行照相时，如果把照相合成器[Film Composer]上的显示方式设定为图像方式，

会使照相的速度变慢。请设定为 E/S/I 格式后使用。

网络传输

在扫描的过程中同时进行图像的自动传输，如果在图像尚未重建完的状态下，关闭机

器，虽然在重新启动机器后， 未重建完的图像会继续重建，但不能自动传输重建的

图像。请用手动方式传输剩余的图像。

如果经常使用[Auto Transfer]自动网络传输功能，操作系统可能会出现一些异常现

象。建议用户每日将系统重新启动一次。

图像处理

 当点击[ImageWorks]界面右上角的[Restart Browser]之后，在每次点击扫描界面上

的“新病人”[New Patient]键后，可能会弹出关于打印配置的提示信息。解决方法

是：切换到显示界面，点击“自动照相”后再关闭该照相界面即可解决。

在[ImageWorks]图像处理界面中观察图像，如果将显示格式由 2x2 ，改为 3x3 格

式 ，这时可能只有前４幅图像显示在屏幕上。请重新选择要观察的图像。

在[ImageWorks]图像处理界面中，用键盘上的[Next]和[Prior]键在同一个系列内浏

览图像，屏幕显示图像位置的滚动条始终显示在第 1 幅图像，但浏览窗中的图像可以

被正常浏览。

扫描期间，某个窗口不能被选择时，可使用[Restart Display]。当[Restart

Display]在扫描期间被选择使用时，会发生：①在[AutoView]中图像停止显示，下一

扫描时开始显示 ②定位线不能正常显示 ③扫描界面上图像可能不显示。如遇到这种

情况，请重新定位。

所显示的可以被添加到图像硬盘中的 512 x 512 或 256 x 256 矩阵图像的数量只是估

计值。请定期将图像备份在 CT 以外的其它介质或设备中，并删除已备份图像释放磁

盘空间。如果遇到扫描后无法生成图像或扫描中断，尝试删除一些图像再做扫描，如

果问题仍然没有解决，请联系维修工程师。

三维后处理：

当使用 Dentascan 后处理软件时，请不要按下键盘上的 Next/ Prior 键。按下此

键，可导致 Dentascan 软件自动关闭。此界面的异常退出可能影响后续任何操作。
