 Recruitment Services Agreement

This Recruitment Services agreement executed at Mysore this 06th of March 2024 (“Effective

Date”). Between

M/s. Syora Nutrition Products here in referred as M/s. Syora having its place of business at H1, 3rd
Main Road, 2nd stage Vijaynagara, Mysuru -570017.. Ph: + 91 8431429706.

&

M/s FOR UR SERVICE, (herein referred as “M/s FOR UR SERVICE”) having its office at, #1783, 1st
Floor, Rajivnagar 1st Stage, Mysore, Karnataka 570019, Ph: +919483545131

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) M/s FOR UR SERVICE shall start servicing the requirements of M/s. Syora immediately upon
signing of an agreement between the two. For every position being referred to M/s FOR UR
SERVICE, M/s. Syora shall provide detailed job / requirement specifications, which shall include
minimum educational qualification, minimum and maximum years of relevant industry experience,
technical and domain experience which are necessary and / or desirable etc.,

2) M/s FOR UR SERVICE shall supply resumes / profiles of prospective candidates, matching
the requirement specification, from their database or network,

3) Resumes/profiles referred by M/s FOR UR SERVICE shall be the property of M/s FOR UR
SERVICE for duration of six months from the date of forwarding to M/s. Syora If any candidate referred
by M/s FOR UR SERVICE joins M/s. Syora or its end customer directly within this duration, M/s FOR
UR SERVICE shall be entitled to claim professional fees,

4) M/s. Syora shall not divert profiles referred by M/s FOR UR SERVICE to any associate or group
companies or individuals, without prior consent. If any such placement is made without the consent of
M/s FOR UR SERVICE, M/s. Syora shall be liable to compensate for M/s FOR UR SERVICE
placement charges,

5) M/s FOR UR SERVICE shall apart from forwarding the qualified resumes in a format specified by
M/s. Syora also shall
a. Conduct initial HR screening of short-listed candidates,
b. Schedule and co-ordinate for tests / interviews on a mutually convenient time and date of M/s. Syora as well as that of
the candidate,
c. Shall follow up with candidates after offer is made and put forward best efforts for candidate to join M/s. Syora

6) On joining of candidates referred by M/s FOR UR SERVICE, M/s. Syora shall provide with the details of compensation
and designation / level details of the candidate, as is required for the purpose of raising the invoice for M/s FOR UR
SERVICE,

7) M/s. FOR UR SERVICE shall charge a professional fee of Rs 5000/- for every candidate joined M/s. Syora these rates
would be in effect up to Twelve months from the date of first invoice of this contract. M/s. FOR UR SERVICE would
approach M/s. Syora after the one-year period mentioned herein for an upward revision.

8) GST as applicable would be charged by 18% and is subject to change based on the government rules

9) M/s. Syora shall make payments through Cheque/NEFT in the name of

FOR UR SERVICE payable at Mysore. Payment should be made after the candidate has completed
30 Days in M/s. Syora and M/s FOR UR SERVICE.

10) M/s. FOR UR SERVICE shall maintain confidentiality with regard to M/s. Syora Business Operations and any / all other
details that it may get to know due to the association and / or information provided by M/s. Syora

12) M/s. FOR UR SERVICE or its associates or employees or consultants should not solicit any M/s. Syora employee to
do business with it or with any of its clients so long as this agreement is in force and after that for one more year as a
cooling period.

13) This proposal is valid for a period of one year from date of acceptance by M/s. Syora.
