    Difficulty in execution of PACS work by NBCC


    1. Unawareness of state SCDC(state cooperative development committee) and district DCDC
    (District cooperative development committee) about this scheme of woaelds largest food grains
    storae
    2. No one take financial viability responsibility of this project
    3. Financial viability plan of project not clear
    4. state committee are denying the list of PACS because list includes marketing society, and this
    national level scheme only for PACS ....in which basis list make....list are not make as per
    requirement of pacs
    5. Given list of pasc Marketing society included but schemes for only pacs so cleaevision required
    6. State committee have objection on given list of PACS by nafaed and reason is list of PACS given
    by naafaed not without considering the requirements pacs
    7. Basic data for generating DPR like- capacity of go-down, available land , location of land not
    provided by any responsible agency
    8. PACS and banks are also not aware about this scheme
    9. Some PACS are have under debts, so no bank will be ready to giving loan that type of
    PACS ........list may be ready with crosspondance with bank and financial viability of PACS so
    cash flow problem not show in future
