This is a video about procrastination.

This is a state when a person puts off unpleasant things for later, and
wants to do only pleasant things or those that can be done quickly. The woman in the video said that
procrastination has nothing to do with work. Because procrastination is a form of stress relief. For example,
you have many problems in life, with health, family money or you are in a difficult situation. You come to
work and you have a lot to do. You have a big stress ball hanging over your head. And when you need to
start working, your brain says it doesn't want to do this. You decided to relax for a few minutes, for
example, to surf on social networks and it can take several hours. And of course you feel guilty about it.

To break this habit you need to not to deal with the triggers. The next time when you puts off thing for

It is very often when I decided sit down and do my homework . During this I always watch on my phone ,
what time is it, and always search what I can do except homework.

When I watched this video I decided to try her advices. And yesterday when I wanted to puts off my
homework for later I змусила (forced) myself and it worked. I do my homework quickly.
