BIODIVERSITY

is the variety found in all living things and the interactions between
them. Over time, species richness changes as new ones arise and old
ones go extinct. Scientists usually talk about three types of diversity:
genetic, species, and ecosystem diversity.
ECOSYSTEM
is a collection of organisms that live in a certain region. An ecosystem
is a collection of living beings interacting with their natural
surroundings. A region of the globe is called a "eco," and the units of
coordination are called "systems."

What’s the difference between?

Biodiversity is the range of species or the number of unique biotic elements
in an environment. An ecosystem is the entirety of the biotic and abiotic
components found in a given location. The local species are the main focus of
biodiversity. Abiotic components like as water and soil are not taken into
account. Nevertheless, these components do make up an ecosystem in
addition to biotic components. For any ecosystem to survive, biodiversity is
necessary. It enhances trophic dynamics, food webs, biological production,
ecosystem variety, and ultimately the ecosystems' economic worth. It
maintains the health and efficiency of an ecosystem. Biological variety
provides ecosystem stability. What about their similarities? "Biodiversity"
and "ecosystem" relate to the different kinds of life on Earth. Both
biodiversity and ecology include interactions between living and nonliving
things. Both of them are changing. Biodiversity and ecosystems depend on
each other. Biodiversity is the variety of life present within an ecosystem, and
ecosystems comprise the interactions between living organisms and their
physical surroundings.
