Instructions for Candidates:-

1. Candidate should be connected online through Zoom platform for PI-WAT at scheduled date and time from
the link provided in your registered email ID. While we would try to adhere to the schedule and timing,
students are required to be prepared for contingencies if any, that may delay the schedule.
2. Should be ready with camera "ON" mode to show the following original documents
SET score (Download this from the SET website)
10th Marksheet/XII Mark sheet/ XII Admit card
Photo identity (Std XII admit card/ Driving license/Passport)
Self Attested Std X mark sheet (Captured in SCMS Registration form & SET Application form)

• All certificates of extracurricular activities (Will be considered only when backed with authentic proof)

3. Candidates to be dressed strictly in Formals during online PI-WAT.

4. The decision of the Panel is final, and binding and no enquiries will be entertained.
5. Request for change in date and timing will not be entertained under any circumstances.
6. Candidates who have applied under reserved categories are required to show original
documents/certificates of their category for verification.
7. Change of CATEGORY will NOT BE considered.

Please note, if you are absent for either PI or WAT, even WAT not submitted when scheduled, you would be
considered ABSENT for the process, and will NOT be eligible for admission to SCMS Hyderabad
Instructions to be followed for online PI-WAT:

Candidates are advised to attend the Personal Interaction in truthful, ethical manner and to follow all
directions as mentioned.

Candidates should be positioned in front of their desktop or laptop, facing the camera/ webcam for the entire
PI duration with enough lighting to capture his/her face and documents clearly.
Candidates should be in formals when presenting for PI with all necessary documents to show as and when
requested by the panel members. None other than the applicant should be present in the surroundings.
A mobile phone with the primary number that was fed at the time of registration should be lying next to the
candidate. When needed it will be used to interact with only the candidate by SCMS, Hyderabad official. No
other electronic device is permitted and no call back will be entertained.
Candidates will be permitted to take PI only from ONE device Laptop/Desktop and only from the link
provided from the registered Email ID.
Candidates are advised to be ready to join the Zoom meeting link at least 10 min prior to scheduled timing.
But strictly should click/join only at the exact date and time as given in call letter.
After clicking the link, please wait patiently until permission is granted to join the PI-WAT.
Request candidates to scan all documents required for PI in single pdf file format and should be ready to
share/present the screen.
To be comfortable during PI, request candidates to try/practice Zoom meeting prior to PI and understand the
basic usage of options available in Zoom meeting.
Candidates must meet all system specifications\requirements for the IT infrastructure to undergo the PI-
WAT using Zoom meeting. (like proper working of laptop/desktop, Internet connection, camera (visible
mode setting), microphone, speakers, uninterrupted power supply, compatible browsers, operating system or
any other software/hardware/configurations as required)
Candidates will not be given any extra time in PI-WAT if joined late for the Personal Interaction. Also,
strictly no candidate will be given any other timing or chances.
We strictly will not accommodate any candidate other than the date and time as mentioned in your call letter
for online PI-WAT process. No request will be entertained in this regard whatsoever.

Admissions depend on performance at the time of PI, NO ADDITIONAL CHANCES will be provided
whatsoever.
Any problem with the hardware, software, internet connectivity or any technical failures will be the
responsibility of the candidates at the time of PI.
