The second stage of MBA selection Process includes an on-line Written Analytical Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).
We will use Zoom platform to conduct the on-line process and you will write WAT in a Google Form. No rescheduling
requests will be entertained.

Candidate's Briefing Session

1. On the day of your scheduled WAT & PI session, you will receive a Zoom meeting link for the candidate briefing from
****@SBM.nmims.edu 15-30 minutes before the session begins. Please join the session 5 minutes before the session.
2. One of the faculty members from NMIMS will brief you about the WAT & PI process and salient features of MBA from NMIMS
University.

WAT & PI Process

1. After the briefing, you will be sent another Zoom meeting link for WAT from ***@nmims.edu
2. You are advised to display your first & last name in the zoom meeting link for WAT & PI process.
3. Please log into that meeting and wait till you are admitted. The Admissions Personnel will check your photo Identity proof
and NMAT by GMAC ID who admits you in the meeting. NMIMS personnel shall conduct your WAT using a Google form &
will share the link of the Google form using the Chat facility of the Zoom meeting.
4. You must keep video and audio on all the time. The NMIMS personnel will proctor WAT while you are writing WAT in the
Google form.
5. You must submit your Google form as soon as the proctor announces that time is up. One candidate can submit the form
only once.
6. Your write-up will be checked for plagiarism. Plagiarism in WAT would result in disqualification.
7. You will have a break of 30-40 minutes before your PI starts.
8. You will receive a Zoom meeting link from *****@nmims.edu for PI from the NMIMS personnel.
 9. You will stay in the waiting room until admitted by the NMIMS personnel.
10. Candidate will have to wait for his/her turn. Interview will be conducted one at a time.
11. The panel group will evaluate your work experience.
12. Full WAT and PI sessions will be video recorded. Any unfair means used by a candidate at any stage will result in
disqualification from the process.
13. In the event of a network dysfunctionality, please follow the panel’s suggestion.
14. The whole WAT and PI process will take 4 to 5 hours.

Instructions for WAT & PI

1. Keep your photo Identity proof and NMAT by GMAC ID with you.
2. You should dress in formals.
3. You should sit in an illuminated place having minimum background noise. Your ears should be visible and not covered by
hair or any device.
4. Video and audio of your PC/ Laptop should be on all the time.
5. Please ensure that you have a good network connectivity. Responsibility of a good network connectivity rests with you.
6. No separate reminders will be sent.

Note: Candidates are advised to take a print of the score card. The link of the score card will not be available after 10th
March 2021.

Due to the current pandemic the second stage of the NMIMS MBA Admissions process will be on-line. A Writing Analytical Test
(WAT) replaces the Case Discussion component.

For WAT/PI registration

To be eligible to appear for the WAT & PI, please register and pay the registration fee.

Please register online by visiting https://nmims.secure.force.com/CD_PILoginPage and pay registration fee of Rs. 950/- by
debit/credit card (Master/Visa). The last date of registration for WAT / PI is 14th February 2021.

The candidates also have an option to change the program preferences (subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria). No change of
preferences will be entertained later.

Please ensure that the marks and percentages for educational qualifications (10th, (10+2) or equivalent, graduation) filled
in the WAT/PI registration form are on aggregate basis (not on best scores), non-compliance shall lead to disqualification
of candidature and no further enquiries will be entertained in this matter.

To qualify for the program a candidate needs to be present for both WAT & PI

Please note that it is the responsibility of the candidate to check whether he/she is eligible to apply for the program as per the
eligibility criteria declared on the website. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the
information furnished by him/her is incorrect, his/her application for the admission to the programme, even if selected & fees paid,
will stand cancelled and fees will be forfeited.
