Step 1 : Registration

The recruitment process for the NCG profile would be as follows:

 Students to register with the Talent Placement Officers to be included in the Hitachi Campus Recruitment
Process

 Registration is mandatory for all students in order to appear for the Hitachi Process

Pre-Requisites
 Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E./MCA in CS/IT Streams from 2020 batch
 70% in the last/highest degree
 Impressive communication skills
 Willing to work in Hyderabad/Pune/Bangalore offices (if required in shifts)
 Compensation: 6.5 Lacs (including STI) per annum
 Position - Consultant C1

Step 2 : Pre-placement Talk

 The pre-placement talk is open to all the students who sat through the preliminary rounds

 This will be followed by the group discussion for all the eligible candidates

 During the pre-placement talk we would share insights on Hitachi, the service lines within Hitachi, the job
profile, the Hitachi culture and opportunities provided and the compensation

 It is an opportunity to interact with our leaders and clarify all your queries

Step : Preliminary Screening Rounds

 There are 2 screening rounds comprising of GD and online/written test

 The shortlisted candidates based on the eligibility criteria mentioned are eligible to appear for the screening
tests

Test Details
Test Duration : 90min
Online Test

Group Discussion
Group Discussion Duration : 15min

General Instructions:
 Every test will be an elimination round. Evaluation will be based on internal benchmarks, candidates meeting the
same will be moved to the subsequent rounds

 Detailed instructions specific to each round will be given at the time of administration

 Candidates are required to carry a pen and a rough sheet

Step 4 : Interview Process

All candidates qualifying the above-mentioned testing rounds will appear for the Interview process as
outlined below:

* Each interview round will be an elimination round

Step 5 : Nest Steps

Verbal offers: Post completion of the Interviews, verbal offers will be extended to the selected
candidates.
Final offers: The soft copies of the offer letters will be mailed to the selected candidates.

Joining
 Dates of Joining our organization – June/July 2020 & September/October 2020
(Submission of Provisional certificate is a must while joining)
 14 days free accommodation is provided
 2-3 months of intensive training in technical/consulting skills & life skills

  Project assignment

Note: Date of the test will be communicated to the concerned college hosting the event. The test must
be completed before we visit your campus.

*The short listed candidates are required to appear for the GD and interviews on the date given by us at
the center we choose.
