A Special Section on M&N 2024 will be published in IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and
Measurement (TIM). All papers accepted, registered, and presented in M&N are eligible to
submit a technically extended version to this Special Section. Each manuscript should meet
the scope of the TIM.
