CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
My internship teacher Therefore was well manage her differents classes disciplines and
procédures as it notice in the methods
As we know the school are the safe environments where all students feels comfortable and
gets equal éducation
So in the classroom the teacher is moves to the new lesson so at the beginning of these
lesson she also asked few questions firstly to know in advance their ideas before giving
them
After that she start her lessons from the textbook as usual warm up answering orally then
she order to students to read the textbook etc….
She writes down the keywords from the textbook and she ask to the students to memorize
those meaning of words.
Then when its comes to the classroom management my internship was well organized her
classes during givivng activittes by group work for example speaking activities where
students shares or collect each ones ideas for the given topics (dioalogue)
And when students makes mistakes the teacher correct students immadially when students
make at thar momment so she call to another students ans she ask if thar stament is correct
or not this mean before givivng the correction she resquest other students jugement or
opinions to find out or to notice the mistakes then after few minutes she correct them and
she telling to her students to tale a time whenever before giving answers for her question
that will avoir them to not make mistakes soon
COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Secondly the différentes communication skills during my observation

of the classroom assesment the teacher was as the communicator
Beacause act of teaching itself requires them as a roles of
responsibility for comprehending and breaking down complex
information conveys this information clearly to her students
When she presenting her lesson she did as a manner in which gain
her students attention and also she has adopted how to motivate her
students and build supportive relationships using to encourage her
students.
She know how her students get well, and also she recognize their
feels comfortable when she is talking infront of the classe and when
she organized group work she help them to shares ideas to improve
their own communication skills then when finsihing these activities
she gives to all students an opportunities better understanding
lessons
She use also body language making eye contact with students when
she is talking to them and when she presenting something to the
whole class to motivate everyones to pay attention.
She use also active learning carefully to what her students say and
she checking what they have understood correctly she build on their
ideas and challenging or questioning them.

Teaching progresse
The cooperative teacher have a great communication skill and convey
knowledge effectively. He gave time to explain difficult words that the learners
didn’t understood. He explains clearly and even gave different synonyms to
words so that the students could understand distinctly. The teacher writing was
clear. To add to, his listen skill was also great and didn’t interrupt students when
they were speaking or making pronunciation errors.

The materials used during that lesson were the chalks, the board, the eraser,
some pens, the teachers textbook or the teachers diary, the attendance list and
the printed copies (papers).

The steps that the instructor went with were: firstly the teacher greeted the
students and waited for the student to take place and sad down, then provided
to the students the objective of the lesson. Secondly, the teacher started the
pre-reading of the lesson where he asked the learner about what they liked
and their hobbies. Thirdly, came the while-reading phase the students readded
the texts and the same time doing their activities to clearly understood what
the lesson was about. At the end, the instructor finish the lesson with the post-
reading, this part concluded the lesson with a writing activity where students
talked about they liked or enjoyed to do in their free-time and to help them the
teacher gave the student some suggestions about different hobbies. That how
the teacher finished his lesson.

Conclusion

Ethics makes us all and I have learned that only when students feel
comfortable in the class, they can obtain learning English efficiently, as they
are more integrated in the class and comfortable in speaking English. The
attitude of the English teacher, in addition, is absolutely significant in this case,
as the teacher is the key of creating classroom atmosphere. Positive classroom
atmosphere will any-day contribute to more productive learning which is
essential for English-teaching. For instance, enthusiasm and classroom humor
of the teacher may motivate student to learn and talk in English in the class,
which eventually can benefit them to overcome obstacles and boost their
confidence.
I also think that students take their own time and one should be patient with
students, because learning is a process in itself which should not be confused
with competition. For example, I would ask questions in my class, first, to
students who are willing to answer and then to those left. This way students
could take their own time, listen to other students, get prepared and then
answer. To my observation, this technique helped student gain confidence.
My overall experience was based on ‘give-and-take’ strategy. It helped me
understand what I’ll be signing-up for, while being helpful to others (student
and institute). It also helped me contemplate my career choices, while learning
more about humans of different age-group. This experience made learn of
responsibilities and how students depend on their teachers.
It, indeed, was also a heart-warming experience. Of course, because we have
to deal with students and their innocence. The biggest achievement that stays
with a teacher, after being appreciated for their work is, how students
remember them and stay in contact even after the job is done.
