I. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT
The initiative's main goal is to provide essential medical supplies and
healthcare services to the community's most vulnerable populations. By
doing this, it hopes to enhance community members' general health and
wellbeing. Furthermore, the initiative aims to make it easier for people
to receive treatment for illnesses that are common in the community,
which will lessen their effects and improve people's quality of life. In
addition, it aims to lower the incidence of health-related problems
through preventive healthcare programs and proactive measures,
ultimately aiming to build a stronger and healthier community.

2.4 ISSUES IN THE COMMUNITY

Our primary reason for giving free supplements and medication

to the people in Barangay 171 is to promote good health and
develop overall physical well-being. Providing these medical
resources will decreases illnesses in the community, thus -
leading to a longer and more holistic life. Nobody, regardless of
age or financial background, deserves to be denied of receiving
medicine. By executing this outreach program, we hope to
provide adequate medical resources to vulnerable groups in
Barangay 171 – such as those from low-income households and
elderly residents.

III. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT

concern is providing access to medication for the elderly. Through

Among the primary recipients are low-income households
struggling to afford essential medications and vitamins for
themselves. Elderly residents, who often contend with chronic
health conditions and limited mobility, also benefit from the
accessibility of these medical resources. By extending support to
these vulnerable groups, the outreach program in Barangay 171
