Professor II. As my Personal Data Sheet reveals, I am a graduate of Northern
Iloilo Polytechnic State College on April 2014 with a BS degree in Secondary
Education and concentrating in English. I graduated as Cum Laude, in our batch.

Moreover, I have accomplished my training in English Language

Proficiency Program at New Lucena Polytechnic College. Also, I had Computer
Literacy Training by the Fontsmart Center. To further enhance my expertise in
teaching especially in English, I had a Complete Academic Requirement (CAR)
in Masters of Arts in Teaching English at Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State
College Main Campus at Estancia, Iloilo.

I am volunteer staff last 2014 in Panay Rural Development Center, Inc., a

Non-Government Organization within 3 years. The following year, I became an
English teacher teaching the Grade 7 to Grade 10 students at Northern Iloilo
Christian School in Pani-an, Balasan, Iloilo. Currently, I am a permanent Senior
High School teacher at Don Casimero Andrada National High School. One of the
subjects I taught is the Tourism Promotion Services. I am a Tourism Promotion
services NC 2 holder and had a certificate in Teaching Methodology NC 1.

In connection with these qualifications I had, I feel confident and qualified

to take on the challenges that the institution offers. I am eager to demonstrate my
talent and skills in teaching tourism promotion services or any subjects. I look
