Greetings!

I, Jenniefer Maca Ceballos, Licensed Professional Teacher, would gladly to apply to as Administrative
Aide VI in Administrative Service Division of Regional Government Center, Balintawak, Pagadian City. I
finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education Major in Filipino and passed the Licensure
Examination for Teacher last 2019 and has started pursuing my graduate studies this year. My
educational background and my interest in the development of the students led me to join in
different teacher training programs which honed my skills in teaching the discipline I have chosen. I
also joined in In-Service Training for Junior High School with my certificate included after my letter.

In experience as a secondary school teacher, I taught grade 7, 8, 9 and 10 in the period of almost 3
years, I have given quite effective for a beginner teacher in classroom management, dynamics
activities well-constructed and student-centered lesson plans, Detailed student evaluations and well-
complimented instructional delivery. Managing the different abilities of my students proved a
difficult but gratifying challenge. I facilitated interesting but equally challenging activities to maintain
their interest of my high-level students without intimidating the less-skilled ones. Thus, I want to
apply my professional skills of being one of as Administrative Aide VI.
