Good Morning, my name is ____ and I’m here to present my topic which is Smilefest's
dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its influence on our professional
development.
Today, we'll explore how Smilefest has embraced CSR as a core element of its business
philosophy with the help of its strategic management practices.

In late 2017, Dr Ojo and Dr Sealey came up with the idea of this organization and then spent 6
months developing it (Smilefast, 2022).
SmileFast is a new development in providing makeovers of beautiful smile by using composite
resin (white filling material) or dental ceramics (porcelain veneers).
The dentist or their team take relevant photos and send them to Smilefast.
The SmileFast team then design the perfect patient smile and also highlights the possible
treatment options after that by using the latest 3D planning technology and unique patent
pending organization’s system.
The materials required for the achievement of perfect smile is sent to the dentist directly after the
approval by dentist as well as patient.
Mission: To spread smiles by nurturing a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and social
responsibility.
Vision: The SmileFast family bridge the gap between dentists and patients and help both to
achieve this wonderful and realistic result of smile confidence.
Values: SmileFast was borne out of a passion for not only beautiful clinical dentistry, but a belief
that smile confidence should be available to every single person and each and every one of us
deserves to feel proud and confident when we smile and talk to others.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a vibrant reflection of our core values and mission at
Smilefast.
Corporate social responsibility is a type of self-regulation of business that aim for social
accountability and creating a positive effect on society.
Our dedication to making a positive impact extends beyond our immediate circle to encompass
our team, patients, and the broader community (Goff, 2023).

The initiatives that bring humor and enjoyment in the lives of our patients and team demonstrate
our commitment to spread happiness.
Our CSR programs are based on trust and maintain the value of honesty, integrity and loyalty
that ensure that our influence is legit and long lasting.
Our programs, which are rooted in empathy, are made to recognize and cater to the particular
needs of people by establishing bonds and providing assistance.
A key component of CSR strategy is effective communication and in order to guarantee smooth
flow of information and keep engagement of stakeholders, we prioritize open communication.
Every project strives for excellence in order to have a positive and permanent influence on the
lives of everyone it touches.
Because we believe that unity is strong, teamwork is highlighted in our CSR projects.
Collaboration assists us in creating a huge difference and builds a more powerful community.
Our CSR programs are built on the basis of respect and we approach every activity with kindness
and decency by also assuring that our efforts enhance people's lives by providing them their
dream smile and at a price they all can afford.
Our uniqueness is seen in our creative CSR strategies as we aspire to create a beneficial impact
by customizing projects in order to meet specific needs and embrace the individuality of our
patients and teams.

Currently there are 5 people with significant control at Smilefast.
One of major shareholders is Miguel Polonia who owns 3 ordinary shares, with a total value of 3
None
Jasmine Piran owns 6 ordinary shares with a total value of 6 None
David Bretton owns 3 Ordinary shares, with a total value of 3 None
Rajiv Ruwala, who owns 6 ordinary shares, with a total value of 6 None
Olumide Ojo, which owns 97 ordinary shares, with a total value of 97 None (UK Global

We’re dedicated to making sure that our business has positive influence on our patients, staff and
the local communities where our practices are based.
We hire the best, and then invest in them for professional development so they can continue to
grow and develop with us.
We fulfill our patients needs so well that they’ll want to bring their friends and family to us
(Smilefast Pty Ltd).
Research (Goff, 2023) suggests that when employees perceive their organization as socially
responsible, it enhances their sense of purpose, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.
Furthermore, participation in CSR programs fosters a sense of pride and loyalty among
employees, contributing to a positive organizational culture.
By aligning CSR efforts with employee values, Smilefast not only enhances its brand image but
also creates a supportive and motivated workforce.

Smilefasts dedication to community outreach is a reflection of our belief that a beautiful smile
should extend beyond individuals to positively impact the communities we serve (Smilefast,
2022).
There are some people who can’t get access to orthodontic care so Smilefast host regularly free
clonics that provide consultations and services.
It also arrange educational campaigns related to oral health and hygiene that nurture a culture of
dental care from early age by collaborating with local schools.
Actively sponsoring and participating in community events, Smilefast contributes to the vibrancy
of local festivals, fundraisers, and health fairs.

affected my professional growth.

This process emphasizes continuous monitoring, resource allocation, and a commitment to
innovation, fostering an organization's ability to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable
success.
These concepts have not only influenced the organization’s direction but have also been
extremely important in my personal and professional growth.
I can now make decisions that align with Smilefast's goals due to the principles of strategic
management.
This alignment promises that the organization’s success is directly influenced by my professional
growth.
Adopting the concepts of strategic management has produced flexibility and a forward-looking
view in me.
Growth in individual as well as in the company has been depended heavily on person's capacity
for innovation and for directing shifts in the industry.
My skills has been enhanced by strategic management to analyze complex decisions, considering
the long-term implications.
This skill has been invaluable in guiding Smilefast in many different challenges.
Effective communication is at the core of strategic management.
My leadership communication skills are clearly enhanced by learning to convey complex ideas
and strategies clearly.
The learning curve has been challenging but it is immensely rewarding.
One concrete example of how strategic management concepts have impacted my professional
development at Smilefast is evident in our approach to market shifts.
Utilizing strategic decision-making, I led the team in analyzing emerging trends and swiftly
adapting our cosmetic orthodontic techniques to meet evolving patient preferences.
This not only showcased the practical application of strategic management but also demonstrated
its direct influence on our ability to stay ahead in a dynamic industry, fostering both personal and
organizational growth.
