Dear Parents,

Here are some updates for the first two weeks of July

Student Attendance
Average attendance for the first two weeks of July has been approximately

89% across the school, on average, higher than June.
It gives us great pleasure to see that are students are taking well to the
synchronous learning (offline).

Parent Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
● 89% of Parents attended the Virtual PTM@Home. Our teachers enjoyed interacting with the
parents, learning more about the students and sharing their observations with parents.

● 141 Parents responded to the PTM feedback form. This data was very useful for us,
thank you for taking the time!

● 82.3% of Parents ‘Strongly agreed’ or ‘Agreed’ that the PTM


gave them a good understanding of their child’s progress.

● 97% of Parents ‘Strongly Agreed’ or ‘Agreed’ that Teachers


were approachable and open to suggestions.

● All suggestions for each grade have been reviewed by the


Grade Coordinators and will be discussed along with the
feedback from the Parent Survey.

First PSA Meeting
We conducted the 1st PSA (Pre-Primary) EC meeting on 11th July 2020 which was attended by the EC
parent and school leaders. It was wonderful to e-meet all the EC members for this virtual meeting. It
gave us an opportunity to resolve parent's queries regarding the School@Home program and share
updates about our new initiatives.
