Instructions for writing in your record notebook

1. In your record notebook after the index page, take a fresh

page and start writing
2. In the title box write the program title given in your
observation notebook (in black stick/ball pen)
3. In the left hand side (ie blank sheet) Write the question
given for the respective program (in black stick/ball pen)
below which stick the output paper for respective
program. If it is more than one page go to the second
page and start sticking the output.
4. In the right hand side (ie ruled sheet) Start with Aim,
followed by Procedure and Result (black stick/ball pen)
5. The content should be written in Blue ink pen
6. Program No.11 no need to write instead cut and stick it
in the right hand side itself.
7. After the completion of the record work, come to first
page (ie bonafide page) write your name as per
attendance.
8. Fill the index page, s.no, program title and pagenumber.
9. Page number should be in odd number (ie 1,3,5,7 )
10. Date alone leave blank, We will give you later.
11. For your term exam marks will be provided for
record notebook.
12. Children try to complete the record work and submit
the same on before 25th of January 2022.
