These inspiring words were said by the great inventor Thomas Alva
Edison who developed many devices in fields such as electric power
generation, mass communication, sound, recording and motion pictures.
Perhaps this is what IFIM believes in- encouraging all individuals to keep
up the hard work and be fearless from failures. Our institution for me is an
opportunity to embrace my dreams and walk on the path of success.
IFIM is a home where we all make a huge affable family, looking out for
one another paving ways for one another, and most importantly loving one
another.
Good morning everyone, it is with great pleasure that I Sneha Chaudhary
your college President extend a warm welcome to PGCET MBA batch
2024 on behalf of IFIM institution. Me being an MBA student understand
the importance of your decision to pursue MBA and I’m confident that our
faculty and staff will provide you with the guidance, knowledge and
support necessary to achieve your objectives. Here, you will make plenty
of memories and learn from many experiences.
Let us now commence, this occasion on an auspicious note. May I request
all the dignitaries – our esteemed chief guest, Mr Sreekanth K
Arimanithaya , respected principal Dr. Sridevi Varanasi , respected CAG
Dr. Nivedita Mishra, Registrar and 2 students to step forward and light the
lamp. I would also like to call Mr. Surya to invoke the presence of
Almighty.
Now I would like to call upon my friend, Yash Garg, who is also the
current vice president sports to officially welcome the gathering.

It is an honour for me to introduce an academician who has experience of
over 22 years in teaching research and corporate training and is currently
the Principal at IFIM institution. She holds a M.Com and Ph.D. from
Osmania University. She is also associated with leading organisation as a
corporate trainer and subject matter expert. I welcome Dr. Sridevi Varanasi
to enlighten us with her words of wisdom.

Now I would like to introduce you all to our esteem guest for today’s
event. Mr Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, widely known as Sree. He is at the
forefront of a pioneering venture in HR consulting named Visara Talent
Services, alongside spearheading initiatives such as the Digital Gig
Platform, Visara Digital, and the HR/People Managers Community of
Practice, GHRC.
Visara Talent Services is committed to excellence across four pivotal
areas: Acquisition, Operation, Growth and Transformation. With over three
decades of global industry experience, He has held esteemed positions
such as CHRO, CIO, GCC leader, and has been involved in technology
delivery, mergers & acquisitions, and P&L management. He is deeply
passionate about contributing to society by enhancing skills and
facilitating meaningful employment opportunities. He aids leaders in
business execution and transformation, advocating for a harmonious
integration of work and life, thereby helping individuals find a deeper
meaning and purpose in life. Ultimately, his mission is to create a lasting
impact within his family, community, and the organizations he is a part of,
inspiring others to do the same. I would now request Mr Srikanth to please
come up on the stage and inspire us with his words.
