Reply to application dated 28.08.2023 for producing the

account books i.e cash books and ledger of firm M/s B.W

Engg. Works prior to the period 01.04.2017 upto 31.03.2022

Sir,

The plaintiff submits the reply as under:-

1. That in reply to paragraphs no.1 to 11 of the application

is wrong and denied. All the facts have already been

mentioned in the plaint. The plaintiff has filed the present

suit on true and correct facts and nothing has been

concealed by the plaintiff from the Hon’ble court. The

plaintiff has brought his computerized copies of the

account books i.e cash books and ledger of firm M/s B.

W Engg. Works prior to the period 01.04.2017 upto

31.03.2022 as mentioned in the head-note of the present

application in the Hon’ble court today without any

 prejudice to the rights of the plaintiff and copies of the

abovementioned documents are attached herewith.

Copies of the same are also being supplied to the

defendants. The present application filed by the

defendant is nothing but a delay tactics only to delay the

present proceedings.

It is therefore prayed that the present application may kindly be

decided accordingly.
