Application for accepting and attesting the bail/surety bonds of

the accused/applicant Pardeep Singh @ Goldy after putting up
the challan file.

Sir,

The accused/applicant humbly submits as under: -

1. That the above noted challan is pending before this Hon’ble court and
is fixed for 24.01.2024.

2. That on 05.10.2023 the Hon’ble court of Sh. Harshbir Sandhu, PCS

JMIC Malerkotla granted the bail to the accused/applicant and directed
accused/applicant to furnish the bail/surety bonds for a sum of Rs.
30,000/- with one surety.

3. That today accused/applicant is ready to furnish bail/surety bonds as

per the order of the Hon’ble court.

It is, therefore respectfully prayed that the application may kindly be

allowed and bail/surety bonds of the accused/applicant may kindly be
accepted and attested and accused be released on bail.
