Formulation of the problem.

My under 17 soccer girls at Wanezi High School performed very badly at the inter
zonal competitions at Bungwe. They were not able to pass, dribble and shooting as
well they did not have the speed to play soccer.

Definition of the Problem

A problem has been identified in poor dribbling, poor goalkeeping, poor passing in
the under 17 girls’ team. These results in the team taking position 4 in the inter
schools competition. As a player I have better solutions on how we can perform
good on provincial level,

and giving hope to her that one day she will be the best.

HERON NDLOVU is lacking some skills here and there as she is committed to trying every bit she is
taught though she is sometimes discouraged by her team mates.
ThabisileMpofu is a lazy player who is always focusing on unnecessary stuff and she does not attend
training sessions and sometimes she is always an hour late for training sessions.

SithabileNyathi is an excellent player as she listens attentively to every instruction she is ordered to do
and she shows interest in soccer and all her efforts are realized by the whole team at large.

went on she improved very well in training session 2, but her pre test wasn’t that god but she managed
to cope with her other colleagues and she must improve n her shooting is not pleasing at all at least she
managed to aim higher in her weaknesses
CONCLUSION

I as the school coach I observed that players doing quiet good and we will like to thank Mr. Siziba for
helping us with good diet and by fixing grounds for the athletes . As the players they have increased the
speed and improved in their weaknesses especially on defending. When starting the training everything
was in disaster the rain fell and the ground was slippery they did not manage to play in the ground so we
had to wait for the rain to cool down so that we can continue the play. As we were waiting we had an
hour waiting , the rain stopped but the ground was still slippery we had Mtshabezi and other local
school we had our match and the first match we failed dismally due to our Goal Defender did not do
well. Last but not least we proceeded our matches and we had some challenges in shooting but we
manage to take over the place as we beat 2school and the reason why we did not get used to the
ground, but as time goes on we manage to beat them all and we were so delight about our game. One
of our players had an injury in her knee because the ground was slippery but we managed to assist her
with our first aid treatments but we were lucky because the game was only left with 5 minutes.

Recommendations

I adequate equipments for training. The school must provide equipments like balls, cones, .the school
must also buy player new outfits and to improve playing grounds. also thy must provide many the school
improve on our athletes ,s diet before and after training sessions .I recommend that the school must
find coaches to encourage players to do better. The school must also make better grounds for players to
do there sports and they must find sponsors will sponse them good equipment for the school . We also
request the school must have first aid due to players might get injuries. I also recommend that the
school must give the student time to so training session to be fit, also the school must allow the players
to participant all friendly matches and having good equipment to go with .
