It is hereby informed to all the students of 8th semester Mechanical Engineering that
lnternal evaluation of the Internship, carried out during the vacation period between 6th and 7th
semester or between 7th and 8th semester, is scheduled as per the dates mentioned.

A presentation should be given by each student to the Internship Evaluation committee,


which is scheduled from 18-03-2024 to 21-03-2024. The detailed schedule of Internship
evaluation is provided in the table below:

General Instructions:

I. Faculty supervisor of respective batch will host the internal evaluation of Internship
along with the allotted Examiner
2. Students must get the internship report verified by Faculty supervisor at least 5 days
before the scheduled evaluation date of respective batch and the corrected report has
to be submitted by the student to the evaluation committee on the evaluation day.
3. All the students must submit the Annexures I - 5 and copy of the certificate to the
faculty supervisor before the evaluation day. Faculty supervisor should strictly not
allow the student for presentation if the student has not submitted.
4. Students must be in formals for the presentation and make necessary arrangement of
accessories required for presentation.
