Pursuant to the University Notification relating to the above subject I am to reiterate that

Four Year B.A. / B.Sc. Semester - I Practical Examination will be held at External College Centres (Away
Centres) according to the schedule and allotment of seats which is given in the respective college portal.

So you are requested to download the same and direct the concemed candidate(s) of your
College to appear at the Practical Examination in their respective Subjects according to the said schedule.

Centres of Examinations (if any subject) are requested to make necessary arrangements for

holding the said examinations in respect of subjects and candidates of the Colleges (mentioned in the annexed
sheet; in College portal) and to extend your cooperation to the External and Internal Examiners for holding
the said Examinations.

the practical Examination in their respective Subjects / Papers will be retained by the respective College
Centre till publication of result of the examination to be returned to the candidates concern thereafter.

o Submission of Marks and other.docqments :- It shall be the responsibility of the Centre of Examination
to submit the marks, examined answer scripts (duly signed by the Internal and External Examiners both) and
other documents to the concerned Head Examiner (as per instruction of H.E. if any) or to the University (in

case there is no H.E.) within the date as notified by the University.

Submission of marks to the Head Examiners and subsequently online submission of marks to the
University Portal to be done within specified dates without any deviation.
