 “To identify Participant’s national ABDM/LBDM requirements and, for Allies,
ABDM/LBDM requirements in accordance with the NDPP and explore possible
options for harmonizing these requirements. In this context, Participants will share as
far as possible their national procurement planning related to ABDM/LBDM in the
short and medium term;”

six months

 Additional benefits: Blanket third-party transfer agreements shortening transfers from

months to days
