Good morning, I am Mr.Dairy and this is my counsel Ms. Sneha Gupta. I hope youre doing
well today, Mr. Tesla. I DO REALize that it would have been more convinient if we had met
in person, but seeing that we only have one day at our disposal- we felt it was best to resolve
it as quickly as possible regardless of the medium.

Thankyou for being here with us today, Mr. Tesla and ABC. We truly appreciate you
choosing the path of negotiations, we take full cognisance of the fact that situation hasnt
been the most amicable between my client and Mr. XYZ. It is thus that our last negotiations
fell through and we hope that this one doesnt see the same end, and instead brings us
something fruitful.

• Yes, I believe now since the circumstances have changed and Mr. Tesla has certain concerns
with our previous agreement due to which unfortunately the deal fell through. As the
competent authority, I would try and ensure my best that both parties walk off this table
satisifed.

• Now, we at Jargon see this session is an opportunity to


1. address Mr. Tesla’s concerns,
2. understand why did he exactly come back with a 50% haircut
3. aid Mr. Tesla to look at things from Jargon’s perespective specifically in a world where the
supposed 50% haircut offer is accepted, and what repuecussions would follow.
4. Strengthen our communication system if we are to continue with the acquisition process.
5. Come to a mutually benificial solution.
