Project Updates PT. Supreme Energy Muara

Laboh
Geothermal development activities are a series of activities that includes drilling of production wells
and injection wells, construction of field facilities, including power plants and steam above ground
system, which are used for electricity production operations from geothermal resources. In the
development stage, PT SEML has successfully drilled twelve (12) production wells and four (4)
injection wells, so that when combined with six (6) exploration wells in the exploration phase the
SEML has drilled total of twenty two (22) wells.

The development and construction phase of the Geothermal Power Plant (GPP) was began in March
2017, and the generated electricity is channeled through the 150 KV High Voltage Transmission Line
(SUTT) and connected to the Sumatra electricity toll road network owned by PT PLN (Persero) based
on a 30-year Power Purchase Agreement. To develop this GPP project, PT SEML appointed a
consortium of Sumitomo Corporation and Rekayasa Industri (Rekind) as EPC contractor. The main
equipment of turbine and generator is produced by Fuji Electric.

households.

After a long journey since 2008, starting from the preliminary survey process, exploration, to the
development stage, on December 16th 2019 PT. Supreme Energy Muara Laboh (SEML) announced the
commercial operation of Unit I Muara Laboh Geothermal Power Generation located in Solok Selatan
Regency, West Sumatra Province. The power generation has the capacity of 85 MW net.

Despite of the COVID19 pandemic, in 2020 SEML is able to meet the generation target, even slightly
higher. SEML also records Equivalent Availability Factor of 94.31%, among the best in Sumatera Island,
with a very small Forced Outage Rate. As a prudent owner, SEML is committed to continuously operate
and maintain SEML Geothermal Power Plant at its best performance and hopefully will continue to
operate successfully, able to fulfil its obligation according to the PPA and provide good contribution to
all its stakeholders, community, and the Nation.

still in progress of discussion with PT. PLN (Persero) on Amendment to Perjanjian Jual Beli Listrik
(PJBL).
