employment from Centro Supersales Inc., for the position of HR GENERALIST, as
communicated to me on March 8, 2024.

I understand that by accepting this offer of employment, I agree to abide by the terms and
conditions outlined in the employment contract provided to me. I acknowledge that my
employment with Centro Supersales Inc., is subject to the applicable laws and regulations
governing employment in Maramag Bukidnon, Philippines.

Furthermore, I confirm that I do not have any contractual obligations or conflicts of interest that
would prevent me from fulfilling the duties and responsibilities associated with the position of
HR GENERALIST at CENTRO SUPERSALES INC. I assure you that I will devote my full time,
attention, and best efforts to perform my duties to the best of my abilities.

I understand that any misrepresentation of facts or failure to comply with the terms of
employment may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

I acknowledge receipt of the employee handbook and other relevant company policies, and I
agree to familiarize myself with and adhere to these policies.

I hereby authorize Centro Supersales Inc. to conduct any necessary background checks,
including but not limited to criminal background checks, to verify the information provided in
my application and during the interview process.

I understand that this letter of undertaking does not constitute a contract of employment and
does not alter the at-will nature of my employment relationship with Centro Supersales Inc.,
Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and
with or without notice.

I affirm that the information provided in this letter is true and accurate to the best of my
knowledge.
