    In the interest of the service and to meet the objectives of Universal Access to
    Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA) for PQF Level V Diploma Programs, the
    following schedule of cost per semester shall be adapted during program
    implementation, to wit:

    Total Per Capita Cost Per Semester Php 45,000.00
    Cost of Tuition 27,349.20
    Assessment Fee* 2,700.00
    Cost of Miscellaneous and Other School Fees 350.00
    Cost of Accident Insurance** 100.80
    Cost of Workshop Uniform 500.00
    Instructional Materials 5,000.00
    Training Support Fund*** 9,000.00
    *Average Assessment Fee based on Resultant Qualification per Semester
    **Valid for one (1) year
    ***Computed at Php100/day x 5 days x 18 weeks

    In addition, please be reminded that only two (2) semesters per year will be
    funded by the UAQTEA scholarship program. On the other hand, the
    implementation of Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) shall not be charged against
    aforementioned scholarship program.

    This Order shall take effect as indicated.
