INTRODUCTION

In the rapidly evolving job market,

academic excellence alone is insufficient
for securing employment. Employers
increasingly seek candidates with a
robust set of employability skills,
including communication, teamwork,
problem-solving, and adaptability.
Recognizing this need, we propose the
implementation of ESD workshops at
UIET.
